T-Mobile.com preorder thread

Just checked my UPS choice says label created last night, and out for delivery today? should be here by 2pm?! t-mo and robochic say it's still back ordered and I was ust charged yesterday BTW

Got charged Monday and got my phone yesterday .woke up this morning and saw the charge for my phone was gone

Has this happened to anyone else and did they charge you again?

Weird, maybe a pre-auth? I would be ok with them giving my money back after this 3 week fiasco!

They said they're going to put the money back in my account too once my phone arrives
 
its looking like pretty much all the preorder people are getting their shipments with this latest batch. hopefully the next group of planes to arrive has our post-19th order guys phones.

speaking of which, anyone have that airplane tracking link again?
 
For me the UPS site is saying Order processed ready for UPS and that was Oct 1 at 5:18AM. Up top says delivery today. Think I'll get it today even though it does not say out for delivery?

I just tried it and it worked!!!

Ordered Silver 16GB 6+ in store on 9/25.
Card charged 10/01
Scheduled delivery 10/02 by the end of the day!!!!
Via next day air!

No, but tomorrow will be the big day!

Some people who got charged at the same time as me had an origin scan the next morning and got their phones that day but I didn't get an origin scan until the following business day (Monday).
 
When I check UPS track by reference a label was created but doesn't show any movement, does my choice show more?

Still shows backordered on T-Mo site :mad:

Says it should be here by the end of the day today! Hopefully I make it home for the package. I'm assuming they need a signature correct?

If you haven't already, go to the Apple store and slip on the leather case. You'll be amazed at how much better it feels in your hand. I was there on the weekend and a person there let me put theirs in a leather case and it felt wonderful, so much so that I bought one on the spot. Now I just need a phone to put it in...

Also, don't forget that rockin' camera. The video stabilization is fantastic as well..

Nice I hope so. I've received various emails from T-Mobile since my order last night. One telling me '2 things you can do with your new phone', another saying the order has been processed, and then got one this morning saying thank you for your order and showing the order number and shipping method.

Credit card still hasn't been charged yet though. Hopefully they charge it and ship within the next few days.
 
I am hoping to see more movement for those who ordered the 6 + 64GB Gold. I have only seen like a couple of people who got charged for them. I think these might be the last ones to be shipped out. My wife is excited for her new 6 + after using her 4S for the last 2.5 years.
 
Question has anyone considered buying the extended Apple care instead of T-mo handset protection?
I'm thinking of dropping JUMP but would definitely want some kind of insurance.
 
Well no movement for me this morning at least not from Tmo....I did get charged for the case I order off amazon about a week and half ago this morning tho so hopefully that comes in a day or so.......
