Okay. This is a, great story. So I ordered 2 x 6 64gd in SG on the 24th. Some reason tgey got cancelled and i reordered on the 26th. Being that they are on backorder I called around the stores and found some 128s available. I called CS and ask if I can cancel and re-jump in store. They say yes but there is no guarantee that the order will be cancelled but the jump will be. Meaning I can jump again in store but will be charged for my previous order still once they ship it. I was reluctant but willing to go with it and told CS I will call them back shorty to confirm. My girlfriend goes to the store and waits about 3 hours this morning there (she really wants, one) for UPS to arrive with the iPhone shipment. They go through the account and tell her that there are too many issues with your account you can't upgrade. They tell her this after they told her they can cancel and re-jump her when she got there in the morning. This is my first iPhone and I hate it already
