I canceled my TMobile order after all their problems getting my order correct. Went and ordered a 6+, 128gb, silver/white phone with Sprint on Sept 28. It's on the UPS truck being delivered today.

Ok so first i pre-order a little late on the 18th but is still consider pre-order since it was before the release date... so same day later i get a pre-auth on my card...then next day a get an email from my CC stating that they declined another transaction from t-mobile from a diff amout.. it made me wonder... then another day i check the status and it says cancel...shocker!!! why?? i called t-mobile they show it cx but no reason. kept calling and they then told me my bank declined it... i called my bank they tell me "NO it's Approve' The funds have a hold on it for their taking... WTF whats going on... I had to place the order again on the 26... now im pist cuz it took me out of line... how long before i can get my iphone 6 64gb space gray??
any similar situation?
can tmobile speed up the process since i think they are the ones who F-up not my CC.

Best thing tmobile will do is give you credit on your bill but you will have to email the CEO John at john.legere@t-mobile.com and then they will contact you. That's what I did because my first order was canceled because of a tmobile error on their end. Credit my bill for one month and told me that my shipping would be upgraded to expedient shipping.......good luck
Label was created this morning and it said estimated delivery was today. Label never updated and it's nearing the end of the day. Guess I'll hope for tomorrow.
