Did anyone one who ordered from the 16th get charged. I ordered a 64 gold plus and nothing at all yet.
 
Label was created this morning and it said estimated delivery was today. Label never updated and it's nearing the end of the day. Guess I'll hope for tomorrow.

I'm in the exact same boat. Got my scheduled ERT call today and I knew more than he did thanks to this thread... lol
 
Yea I know. But all the execs keep telling me is the same 6 weeks bull crap and saying that it says being processed so it should be soon. Like wtf. Just expedite one to me already so you don't have to keep crediting me...... not that I don't like it. But I just want my phone now

Same thing they been telling me. I keep calling them everyday I don't care if there tired of me. How was Apple &' this wireless company's not ready ? Like c'mon it's a iPHone there's always going to b massive sells for that phone. They should of been way more prepared then this.
 
I was charged yesterday and label made this morning... No movement despite delivery scheduled for today... Looks like I'll have to wait until tomorrow.:mad:

Ha! I sent an email to the Executive Response Team because they charged me but my phone hadn't shipped. An hour late I got a notification from UPS MyChoice that a label was created and I have a delivery scheduled for tomorrow. FINALLY!

So get this..after 2 cancelled orders I ordered on 9/30 the silver 16gb and a 64gb space grey 6 plus and got charged yesterday.. Today got a email from ups my choice saying I have a scheduled delivery for tomorrow.. I got charged 70$ which should be the 16gb but on that one I didn't pay for next day. I paid for next day on the space grey.. Doubt is the unicorn but pretty cool that if it's not i didn't pay for overnight (that's if I get it) lol

Honestly, I haven't seen a single order go ground. I could be wrong but neither mine or my wifes. What's the weight? My plus is 1.3lbs but my wifes regular 6 is 1.1lbs

Dey cancelled my order n I keep getting texts about how my payment couldn't be process when I have enough to buy like 10 iphone 6 +!!! I'm f***in fed up wit dis s*** I'm goin 2 just get 1 on Craigslist ..******* it!

Ok I ordered my phone on the 12th at night around 8pm. The phone I happened to order was the unicorn (6+ 64gb Space Grey). I received an Email on the Sept.17th stating they would reach out to me in 1-2 days with info about my order. So 2 weeks went by and nothing not a peep from T-Mobile. So then on the 30th I thought I would Email the CEO ( I posted the link in my last update) because it seemed like everyone who did was getting a great response. and they were right!. So the 31st I was reached out by a higher up who apologized like crazy and gave me a 150.00 credit. and told me the truth and the truth is that T-mobile has no clue about the status of anyones phones. So if you callin a rep for info stop because they know jack and they are scripted to tell you 4-6 weeks. after that phone call with the higher up my card got charged then today the label was created and it will be here tomorrow. so if you're one of those who still haven't received any info pertaining your order I urge you to stop calling CS because they don't have the power to do anything and they tell you what they are told to tell you. I say suck it up and Email the CEO. Dont come off rude or angry but come off stern and professional and I can guarantee that you will see some movement on your order and maybe some free cash. but anyways it has been real forum I guess I have gotten all I can out of this place and I hope you all get your phones soon.

Ok so first i pre-order a little late on the 18th but is still consider pre-order since it was before the release date... so same day later i get a pre-auth on my card...then next day a get an email from my CC stating that they declined another transaction from t-mobile from a diff amout.. it made me wonder... then another day i check the status and it says cancel... :mad: shocker!!! why?? i called t-mobile they show it cx but no reason. kept calling and they then told me my bank declined it... i called my bank they tell me "NO it's Approve' The funds have a hold on it for their taking... WTF whats going on... I had to place the order again on the 26... now im pist cuz it took me out of line... how long before i can get my iphone 6 64gb space gray??

any similar situation?
can tmobile speed up the process since i think they are the ones who F-up not my CC.
any suggestions? :apple:

Question for anyone who has already received their phone: Does T-Mobile require that UPS obtain a signature when they deliver your phone or are they just leaving the packages in a safe place / on the front porch? I'm trying to figure out the best we to intercept my phone when/if it arrives tomorrow.

I have MyChoice but I can't figure out how to sign for the package online - or does that option not exist until it's in transit?


I believe when the package is in transit, you can sign for the package and designate where you'd like the package to be left.
