Hey first I hope you get yours soon. Seems like they had a ton last night just based on watching that flight tracker someone posted the other day.
Second I thought I would share my own happy news. Yesterday morning my order still said estimated 10/31 but then at dinner time my cc was charged then by 8pm my order updated to on or before 10/14 then at midnight I got an email that my phone was coming today! They must have given me a free upgrade to next day air as I only paid for the 5 day ground. Sure enough it is on the truck for delivery today after leaving Louisville at 12 am this morning.

Since this thread has quietened down so much, I've been reading the AT&T thread. Holy hell, I have to say that T-Mobile has been ALL about customer service in comparison to the BS that these people are being fed. Wow. They've charged $40 upgrade fees to people on Sept 12th to people who won't see their phone for another month!! No compensation for anything. Dayum!!
While I'm frustrated, I've had $200 credited to my account and when I talked to my ERT on Monday about the Device Recovery Info missing from my account, he credited me $10 extra (for postage) so that I could send my iPhone 5 directly to him. Once he receives it (whenever that is), he will personally make sure I get the full $253 credit/trade in value since the info is missing from my account now. So seriously, while I'm still impatient as hell, these people are taking very good care of us compared to AT&T.
Except you, J2Funny, you deserve to have an exec personally fly your phone down and hand deliver it to you at this point.
My email says on or before 10/24, I ordered early on the 12th, so I'm pretty pissed. I'm not going by this date, it *could* come before, but will I even see the damn thing this year? Who knows. Certainly not Tmobile.

Just got my 72 hour follow up. They credited my account again. Took away my down payment so my phone will be shipped without my card even being charged and changed it to rush order. He said I'll have my phone before next Tuesday the 14th so hopefully that's true
