Ok just got of the phone with the executive she insured me that my order that is saying canceled on tmobile site is still good to go........Also said that my order has been issued an picking number......

So hopefully I should be seeing my phone in a few days.....fingers crossed
 
J2 I thought you had figured out your phone didn't ship because they screwed up your EIP?

Yea. I had to re-order mine because of that. But I'm still upset at how soon he got his phone. Again no hate towards you 7th Lion
 
I ordered on the 29th and I just got a tracking number for a gold 6+128 GB

nice. i would hope that means my 64 gb SG i ordered on the 26th would move soon but i doubt theres any correlation. i just wish a large shipment of SGs would arrive laready
 
my order is Iphone 6+ 64GB gold placed in store 9/19. i am currently in back ordered, no cc charge, nada! its almost a month, ive read post here about people who have ordered the same device as me in a later time and they have received it or being shipped, ive seen no activity whatsoever, ive contacted almost everyday after last week i just gave up when a RP told me im most likely to get it by 10/10 since that was the next big shipment by apple and based on the date i ordered i should get it for sure. has anyone ordered on the 9/19 and in the same situation? or that has already received there phone ?
 
I'm not part of the 12th crew but I'm part of the 13th.

last Wednesday I emailed the ERT, got no reply. This past Monday I re-emailed them explained that this was the second email, how long I have been waiting ect. I attached the first email at the bottom the the second and said in the second email that my contact info was in the first email. later that day I got an email back from ERT, said they got the email but had no contact info gave me a direct phone number and said to email her the contact info. did a reply said the numbers were at the bottom of the email but sent them to her again. still no reply. Just called her directly, no answer got her company voice-mail, which said her hours and days she works. Saturday to Tuesday! who works 4 days a week? So now the wait continues. :(

Jimmy is my guy too..... ugh, he never answers, and its almost impossible to contact any other ERT.

Can someone PM your assigned ERT's phone number and extension? I've been trying to reach Jimmy and it's seems impossible to get a hold of him.

Whenever I email ERT I copy John and TForce.

I'm in the same situation as you. My wife ordered her 6 + 64GB Gold in store 09/19 and it is still in back ordered status. I think I've seen one person got their 6 + 64GB gold and that's it. That person used Jump, which is prioritized. Hopefully that 10/10 date is correct!

A friend of mine, ordered his 16 GB 6 Plus from T-Mobile on the 4th, They told him 4-6 weeks (Ordered Online). Literally from purchase to delivery... 4 days.

Ya, Jimmy is not may fav person. I called and left her 2 voicemails over the span of two weeks and she never called me back. I called again and she luckily picked up and said "I was JUST about to call you". Yeah right.

Everything she told me was nonsense.

It looks like there are 6 planes arriving tonight. Hopefully more movement soon for those that are still waiting!
 
UPDATE:

Just received the text from Tmobile with my tracking #......but UPS only says Label created....hopefully it will update later.......fingers crossed

so if u look on the tmobile's website and log in as a customer, you can see that actually almost all colors for the 16gb version, both 6 and 6+, do not have the "expect more shipment soon" notification. What we know, and confirmed by one of the tmo's employees on this thread is that the ones that don't have that notation are actually in stock or at least not back ordered. and if u order via JUMP, ur order might get upgraded to next day air for free... so it's not surprising that your friend got it so quickly. the supply is constrained for all other models.

I just called and the sales rep lying talking about there is none until 7-10 business days. -_- I'm like I can clearly see there is some in stock why hasn't my order been shipped. Tmobile is lying to us and doing what they wanna do. Go look for your selves IPHONE 6 PLUS 16 GB ALL COLORS ARE IN STOCK. there the only ones that don't say 'This product will be available for shipment soon. Order now.'
 
Hi all,

Ordered a unicorn in store the 19th at around 6pm Eastern. Since then I have been on backorder, no cc charge and no label. I called the ERT and received a months worth of credit. I've been checking the flight website and see there is 6 planes headed to Louisville. Hopefully my unicorn is on there !

On the tmobile order status page im getting a "Shipped on or before 10/31/14" :(

so it's either in stock or not backordered. i believe Tmo's warehouse receives batches of these from apple either every week or two weeks for the 16gb base models. when did u order? it is clear that tmo has a huge problem with the pre-ordering and even regular ordering system. it's understandable since this is only the second year they've had iphone launches (the iphone 5 was released mid cycle), so i'm sure there are a ton of kinks in their system.

I ordered the 6+ 64 GB because the CSR said the other ones were about 7-10 weeks which Im sure was a complete lie!

i know Tmobile did that during the opening weekend... while in theory they shouldn't be doing that anymore, who knows what is really going on.
