I know I'm way more pissed about this than I should be. It's just a phone, right? I don't know why I have spent countless hours (since I've ordered) checking on my order, UPS, speaking with CSR's and ERT, just to always have the same outcome. "You'll get it when you get it" seems to always be the answer.
 
Well I just received my third order could not be completed email so I called the ert rep who originally called me! and according to her they where ready to ship my phones but my card was declined!!! how the hell does that even happen.. I called my bank and they don't even see tmobile trying to go in! I'm definitely pissed now!! ####

Quick follow up on this.. I spoke to the rep who has been helping me and she felt so bad for everything that has been happening that she cancelled my order and re ordered.. then with her on the phone had me sign the eip and she said where she's located they have phones and she spoke to her team and they're going to ship them to me today ###

honestly I'll believe it when I see the phones
She's sending me a regular 6 64gb gold and a "unicorn"
 
Just chiming in here. Went to the store on 9/28 to preorder a 6 16GB Gold for my girlfriend under EIP. Was told 4 weeks wait, and order status still shows backordered. But my cards been charged and have tracking from reference under her phone number. The shipping label as created on 10/7 but no actual movement yet.

Does anybody know if we are still able to do the trade-in? I forgot to bring it up as we ordered the phone.

yes you can just ship your old phone back when you get your new one. MAKE SURE FIND MY IPHONE IS OFF!!

how did you type in your phone number when you searched by reference. also did you put in the country and zip code and all that? how did you do it so I can search mine

Yeah I simply put in my phone number without dashes selected my country and entered my zip. Package is showing next day air saver and 1lb.

Just a note, when you reset the phone and erase all the data it turns off.
 
Go to Track by Reference, use your phone number, either XXXXXXXXXX or XXX-XXX-XXXX, then with the country and zip code destination.

If that doesn't work try the account holders number(if different from yours).

If that doesn't work try the order number.

If that doesn't work it probably doesn't have a label yet.

I'm not part of the 12th crew but I'm part of the 13th.

last Wednesday I emailed the ERT, got no reply. This past Monday I re-emailed them explained that this was the second email, how long I have been waiting ect. I attached the first email at the bottom the the second and said in the second email that my contact info was in the first email. later that day I got an email back from ERT, said they got the email but had no contact info gave me a direct phone number and said to email her the contact info. did a reply said the numbers were at the bottom of the email but sent them to her again. still no reply. Just called her directly, no answer got her company voice-mail, which said her hours and days she works. Saturday to Tuesday! who works 4 days a week? So now the wait continues. :(
 
I ordered a 128 GB gold iphone 6 yesterday and today i get a tracking number and a text saying the phone has shipped. When i check ups just a label has been created. T-Mobile is saying im getting it today. How likely is this?

Very likely, most of us are stuck waiting for the 6+, I believe there is plenty of stock for the regular 6. So you should not be worried.

Wow. I ordered mine almost a week ago, 128GB Space gray 6 and it's still processing. My card still hasn't even been charged yet. I did get an email saying it should be shipped on or before 10/10 though.

This aint funny anymore.... My initial order was on the 12th, it got cancelled due to "EIP" not being signed. Re ordered on the 19th, same story as the 12th... ERT got me a 3rd order on the 23.... and we still waiting.

My patience is really being tested by TMO, but at the sme time, thank god we are not with AT&T, they are the worst in customer service.

That's what I'm saying. My card has a hold of the full amount and everything. Shows label created but no info at all on my package

I didn't. I was very nice when the lady called me back and she offered the credit without me having to ask for anything.

OMFG. No hate towards 7th Lion or anything. There's nothing you did wrong, but that pisses me off soo much. T-Mobile is ********* stressing me out with this bullshyt. I'm ready to just cancel and get the Note 4 because it seems like that's going to come out before I get my iPhone

I have no idea if location plays a part in how orders are going out. I live in South Carolina and I have 2 friends who have had Space Gray iPhone 6 pluses for about a week as well.. They however are with Verizon

We both ordered it on 9/21

She did preorder though on the 12th but something happened where i guess the system glitched and when she called on the 19th to check on the status, there was no record of her preorder
