Same here. I ordered with Jump on Sunday, initially had a supposed delivery date of the 15th, then the 16th, now just says "UPS Expedited Next Day".

We'll see what happens. Even if it's late I won't complain too much because I'm on the original JUMP program so they write off the full amount I owe on my current phone ($530) rather than just up to half.

Hard to grouse about my shipping date when they're paying me that much for my M8.
 
Was holding back on contacting customer service since I made my JUMP order on Friday at 9am central time and everything processed successfully. Gave up and chatted with and agent to find out they could not pull up any order even though i gave them the order # and the I see it in my account. Anybody else going through this?
 
Had a delivery date of 9/20 but it is gone now. Just got a text message from tmo thanking me for my device upgrade.
 
My shipping date is gone too, I pre-ordered online with JUMP. I suspect they're still getting final numbers on how many units their getting from apple, and sorting things out. I'll wait a few more days before I get worried.

I had a similar issue in Saturday when I called in she typed in my order # and said this order # you gave me isn't your order it's under a different name and is from 2010. I was like wtf it's my order I can see it online as well.
She was really rude about it and kept saying that she can't verify my identity and wouldn't be able to further assist me. T-mobile reps are something.
 
Well, if nothing else, trends are a good thing. If something is happening to a large number of orders it's probably supposed to be happening and not a glitch to one person's order. At least, that's what I'm telling myself. :)

I've been so focused on T-Mobile and my phone that I haven't thought to check out the AT&T and Verizon Preorder threads. Has anyone skimmed through those to see if similar issues are cropping up? Or is everything hunky dory with the big 2 carriers?
 
Has anyone here had any success with having the customer service rep upgrade their shipping? Or do they just keep saying you need to cancel your order if you want to change your shipping method?

Don't think so. Lots of tweets and representatives claiming that it will ship either Wednesday, Thursday, or even Friday. If you ordered early on the 12th and selected overnight shipping then you'll get it on Friday, otherwise next week. They wouldn't have given us different shipping options if there wasn't differences between them.

Ordered Saturday afternoon online with Jump!
Expedited next day air.

The delivery date had been 9/20 since I ordered but just recently the delivery date is gone. Received a text from t-mobile a few minutes ago thanking me for my upgrade
 
So it sounds like everybody who is reporting no more delivery estimate is now in the same boat as me!

Literally the only thing I've gotten since my order is an email that says my order is placed. No delivery estimate. If I check the order status online, it just says "Order Placed" and describes my order. If I call the line, it just says "Backordered."

(Note: I am a new T-Mobile customer who signed up for EIP at 4:46AM on 9/12)
