Says "Order # is backordered. You will receive another message when in stock and shipped."

Mine is gone too! 😕 I was confident it would be here friday or saturday since I had an eta of 9/20 but now nothing.

I think they just want to not be held to those dates by customers now, but they shouldn't have been giving out dates until they knew for sure.

Tmobile printed my whole order process for me as you see at the top right in store it looks like they have a way to check on Eta or General Info for Backorders.

You can also call 800-672-5390 to check your order in case the #8XXXX number doesn't work for you device (like it doesn't for my current Galaxy device, just says invalid MMI or something).

My delivery date is gone too... This is actually a really good thing. It could mean TMobile got the shipment of devices and is now sorting through the accounts to ship them out.

My order didn't have a delivery date to start with, despite me ordering on Friday. Don't know if this is good or bad........ I am not confident about anything at this point. At the start of the day today I was feeling good I was going to get my phone on Friday, now, I'm not so sure. We'll see.

I ordered the 6+ 64gb. silver through t-mobile, I don't like that they can't give me a delivery date. I called today and they said it would ship friday.. i'm like umm it's released friday so I should have it in hand friday right?

i had delivery date of 9/16/2014 too. I refreshed the page and now its gone. I don't know what it could mean since i was told repeatedly by TMO that those dates were wrong.

Nope. Not yet. I am a JUMP! customer and I'm hoping for the same thing you are. While pre ordering it gave me a delivery date of 9/19. Besides, we get first dibs I think our eta shipping that's disappearing is a good sign. Tmo must be finally getting to work shipping these phones out!
