Silver 64G 6+, ordered 9/21. Shipping date went from 10/17 to 11/24 for me today, too. That pisses me off. By that time they will probably try and screw me out of my trade in value too. 11/24 is INSANE.

I really doubt there are "Executive Reps" These are just regular reps equipped with answers to calm us down. I may be wrong but I've worked at a help-desk before and these are things we did to ease irate customers.

T mobiles regular customer service centers are in Dallas and Charleston. The ERT team is in New Mexico. Although this may be somewhat true, they do get some things done.

You're probably right.

I ordered the same date as you did except mine is SG instead of Gold and my estimated delivery day remains 11/02.

Mine had the same date change today as well. 6+ 128GB SG.

And this is after my original 9/13 5am preorder for 6+ 64GB SG both went into 'lost in space' limbo AND didn't process as a JUMP upgrade like I'd placed it... ERT advised me to place a new order in store so it'd be properly processed as JUMP upgrade and to cancel the original in-limbo order. Did that on 9/30, and ordered a 128GB just thinking that it might come quicker than the unicorn 64GB. And now this pushed back ship date to 11/24. ffffuuuuuukkkkk.

Really want to still be able to do this as my JUMP upgrade - I can get more for my current phone by returning it to T-Mobile than they're currently selling for on eBay, and take advantage of what's effectively 24-month 0% financing. But at this point it's SOOOO tempting to cancel again, buy whatever Verizon model I can get at the Apple store, and deal with just paying outright for both the 6+ and paying off my current phone to be able to sell it. It's just so damned much $ out of pocket at one time.

Same here. I ordered on 10/1. Originally they estimated shipping by 11/20. Then last week the status was updated -- and I got an email -- saying they expected to ship by 10/17 (this Friday.) Now it went from 10/17 to 11/24. That's quite a bump.

Where are you guys getting these dates from?

That may be exactly why everyone's shipping dates got pushed back. Same thing is happening on the AT&T thread.

A t-mobile support person actually posted this today - expressing why China WILL get priority over USA orders:

"Non T-Mobile details/resources, but China might have a pretty good chance of filling their orders due to the fact that China's rare earth industry makes up 97 percent of rare mineral trade worldwide. (Rare earth minerals are what's needed for most consumer electronics.) Rare earth industry in China - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia"

If I am waiting another month, I will go ballistic.

Doesn't make any sense. The 128 plus gold is a 7-10 day wait.

I ordered mine two weeks ago.

Why is it now showing Nov-24th?

I dont see why that matters. Apple can choose how many of their products they want to send, to whoever, whenever.

Apple is launching the iPhone 6 in a dozen or more countries on 10/17 and this really has me worried.

When they said it was a 7-10 wait for the 128gb, it was complete bullshyt. I take everything the CSR tells me VERY lightly

It's all a ploy to get customers to cancel their 64GB 6+ orders. Now hopefully the 64GB 6+ orders can ship sooner. LOL
