I ordered a 6+ 64gb silver two weeks ago and I still haven't gotten my phone. NO way 7-10 days...their nuts... I'm being told 11/24. 7 weeks...

I spoke to a supervisor and he said two things:


The order status is not the greatest tool. Its pretty much a POS

Second, the est dates of delivery are from Oct 10th. So if you ordered on or before Oct 10th, go by these dates FROM Oct 10th.

I ordered the 128 plus gold on Oct 2nd, he said it should be 7-10 days from the 10th. So I should get it between the 17th-20th.(my original email was said it was supposed to be delivered on Oct 17th)

We'll see. Im trying to get in contact with my ERT. The derelict 72 hour followup person called me while I was in the shower. Im not waiting three days to get a call back
 
Iphone 6+ Gold 64 GB ordered on 9/19 still waiting with a back order from 9/28 expected ship date delivery 10/31/2014 has not change for over a week. I live in South California if anything has to do with that, RP told me in the next big apple iphones shipments that T-Mobile receives i will most likely receive my IPHONE 6+, question is i don't know when that will be neither do they ! no CC Charge, i am a JUMP customer and im loosing my patience :)

I signed up for T-Mobile yesterday online. Ordered the iPhone 6 space grey 64gb. Where do I find the estimated shipping date? This is my first time branching out, I've always been part of a Family plan. I'm a little worried because I don't have any account information or my new number. I called T-Mobile and they said that the order processed but they don't see anything regarding a account.
 
Just got off my 72-hr phone call from ERT. No news. I did ask about the sudden change in people's shipment dates and he said he noticed that too and has a meeting with other execs to see what is going on.

But no movement for me.:(

Thanks for the update. Waiting on my 72 hour call for today too. Was afraid I would miss it. Hopefully when they call me they'll have info ready. Thanks again!

I missed my call with my ERT but he left a voicemail and said the same thing he's been telling me....... Order still says processing
 
Just got a charge on my card, status pending!

Ordered SG 64gb 6 Plus 9/21 new customer
No update on order status
No shipping label yet

Hopefully everything updates soon!
 
Charge shows as temporary hold
I could be jumping the gun on my excitement, but this is the fist change I've seen since ordering.
 
Finally have a charge for my 128 6+ Silver this morning. Not to boast but to hopefully give hope to others.

Ordered on 9-14 originally, Cancelled due to the online glitch, reordered over the phone on 9-21

blah.. just figured I'd add another datapoint for those waiting on the mythical 6+ 64GB 6+

After being told by 2 retail stores my best way to get the 6+ was to be in line on the 19th, I was 3rd in line.. of course my store (nor any other) had the 6+ so preordered as a new customer at that point (8am PST)..

Order is just sitting there doing nothing, "by 10/31" .. the magic 6 weeks/42 days after order date... Wife's 64GB 6 showed up weeks ago when ordered at the same time.. frustrating!
 
Ordered a 64GB space grey plus and a 128gb space grey plus on 9/28 through a jump upgrade. My card was just charged, but my order status hasn't changed.
