Our goal is to keep you as up-to-date as we can as we continue to work toward getting your order shipped.

Im pretty pissed off now too. Mine went from 10/17 to 11/24.I'll be making a call to my ERT tomorrow. Ill let you guys know if i find anything out.
 
I will be in line at 10PM the day before the next Iphone is released. Waiting in line for a few hours will be worth it rather than dealing with this crap.
 
As well switched from 10/17 to 11/24..Can we make any claims on the fact that it stated "ships on or before 10/17"? I don't see any disclaimer saying the date is subject to change and I would be more than willing to send my screenshots to T-Mobile.

Here's their disclaimer:
Shipping dates are estimates for when shipment begins. All shipping details are not guarantees and are estimates only, subject to change. Delays may result from events outside our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, and work stoppages.
 
Decided to check the shipping date looking to see if had an update like "hey apple got it together and shipped us a ton of phones" but nope...my shipping date was moved from 10/16/2014 to 11/22/2014

I was told by a ERT member on Friday that that particular model only had a 7-10 day wait and was considering cancelling and ordering that. They really need to get their info straight - this is getting beyond ridiculous.

I was seeing people saying that on the tmobile status thread but I just needed a phone and I was happy to see that it might be going out quicker then other capacity a but my current phone has been acting weird lately which is why I want it replaced and I really don't want the newer Note device, ugly UI

T-mobile pathological liars

T-mobile canceled my original 6+ 64g SG order from 9/20 due to complete incompetence on their part. I had to place an order for a new 6+ 64g but I switched to silver. The CSR rep said they had an internal memo stating the slate gray was taking longer and the silver ones should only be a 7-10 wait. This may be another complete lie from them but her supervisor said the same thing. We'll see how soon it ships. :mad:
 
Iphone 6+ Gold 64 GB ordered on 9/19 still waiting with a back order from 9/28 expected ship date delivery 10/31/2014 has not change for over a week. I live in South California if anything has to do with that, RP told me in the next big apple iphones shipments that T-Mobile receives i will most likely receive my IPHONE 6+, question is i don't know when that will be neither do they ! no CC Charge, i am a JUMP customer and im loosing my patience :)

any one has same order/date and loction ?
 
hory barrs this sounds like T-Mobile got a sucker punch in with the pre-order folks (9/12) then a kick between the legs to the 9/19 week guys.

Ouch.
 
There are 2 locations iphones have been shipping from , Shenzhen, and Incheon. Does anyone know if maybe the regular 6's are coming from one location and Pluses are coming from the other? The vast majority of shipments come from Shenzhen so maybe that location produces the regular models and Incheon produces the pluses
 
My ERT told me that the shipment estimates are based on what the plane brings in the night before. So if they get loads of Unicorns in one shipment, everyone else's order for a unicorn will move up in shipment date. However, if the next plane has no unicorns, their shipment dates will move back.

So far, I'm still saying 10/18 but I'll take that with a grain of salt. Last week, it said 10/6!!!!
 
So, I am switching from AT&T to TMobile. I just looked and my ship date switched from 10/17 to 11/24 as well. Since I am not an existing customer, I have no idea who my ERT person is or if I even have one. Any suggestions on how I should contact TMobile to find out what is going on?

I doubt thats true, unless of course they havnt received a single shipment of unicorns in the last 2 weeks. My date has not budged from 11/7

Nothing except the same email saying they are waiting on more shipments from Apple and anticipate my order on or before 10/31/2014. And my bill........ And I'm also expecting a call from my ERT to tell me the same crap
 
Another 9/19 Story

After weeks of stalking this thread, I guess I will share my story since it appears I will be here in "backorder" status for the foreseeable future.

My wife and I decided not to preorder this round as we wanted to hold both models in our hands before placing an order. After ten minutes in the Apple store we were both convinced that the 6 Plus was the model for us. I had watched the lead times following preorder and anticipated a three to four week wait.

We stopped into a local T-Mobile store to see if they could beat the apple.com shipping dates. We told the T-Moble associate that we wanted to purchase the phones outright and in turn were told that we could both order the phones we wanted and have them within two to three business days.

We ordered:
1 X iPhone 6 Plus 64GB SG
1 X iPhone 6 Plus 64GB Silver

After the original shipping date passing I found this thread and contacted T-Mobile's CEO via e-mail.

ERT contacted us and apologized for the confusion and ensured us that we would have phones by 9/30.

Shortly after that date, we were both moved to the six weeks from date of order list.

Last week the Silver model moved from 10/31 to 10/17 only to move to 11/24 last night.

At this point contemplating cancelling everything and just waiting to preorder the 6S Plus next year. Not sure at this point if I want to reward Apple with my purchase dollars for a product that they cannot deliver in a reasonable time frame.

i looked up the iphone 6+ manufacturing plant and apparently the only one making the pluses is the foxconn factory in Zhengzhou. Does this mean the flightaware site is not showing any planes with Pluses on them? Flightaware only has flights from Shenzhen Bao'an and Incheon
 
This is so sad. Not one 128GB 6+ in stock, other than Sprint.
