I know T-Mo completely screwed this up, but they've kept a customer here.

I've been getting phone calls from ERTs every 3 days (which I'm sure the rest of you have). Originally they gave me a $50 bill credit after I sent a rather nasty email to the exec team.

Yesterday, my ERT credited the down payment PLUS TAXES to my account, so I'll be getting the phone free.

Plus, they have the best trade-in/JUMP/data pricing, period. I'm pissed that I probably won't be getting my phone until about 6 weeks after the order was placed, but they've made it up to me.

Good news! Still no charge or shipping notification, also ERT hasn't responded to me once in several emails sent over several weeks. Lucky guy I am! :p

Oh I forget now. I think I Google'd "T-Mobile executive email" or something like that. The site I used had a percentage of likelihood that it was the correct email. I used the top two, plus John Legere's email. Got a phone call the same day.
 
$32.64 Hold???

Anyone know why I keep getting $32.64 holds from T-Mobile every week? This is the 3rd week in a row where I have a pending charge from T-Mobile that goes away after about 5 days.
 
Woke up to my 6+ Silver 128GB being out for delivery, finally. Those shipping estimates are so inaccurate on T-Mobile.com. Mine was October 26th, and it's going to be delivered today, October 14th. So excited. Should I post pictures of it when it arrives? And they upgraded it to overnight shipping automatically, so I can confirm those rumors as mine was ground shipping before.

My 6 Plus 64GB Space Grey has shipped! I just got a text and e-mail with a tracking number. Tomorrow would have been three weeks from the second order, and 4.5 weeks total from the first pre-order.

I get an awesome Android phone coming today (OnePlus One), and an awesome iOS phone soon after. Now I can develop for both platforms, so it's a win/win.

They never charged my card -- the ERT charged my T-Mobile account directly to make sure no processing errors could occur. I didn't even know they could do that but he never asked for any payment or card info over the phone, just said thanks and the order was placed. I asked the 72 hour follow up lady that's been calling me about this and she confirmed that it will be charged to my account directly.
 
I'm surprised. I ordered mine yesterday at the T-Mobile store, and it shipped today!! I ordered the iPhone 6 (space gray) with 128gb.

Wow I ordered mine 10/1 online and it's backordered until 11/21. Exact same model. I might just cancel and be done with this whole fiasco. It's pretty ridiculous at this point.

Just spoke to a Tmobile CSR- and they said that as of today there shopping dates for iPhone 6 plus 64Gb Silver - is 7/10 business days. So my original shipping date of 10-17 is accurate. They did mention that their system isn't updating properly since the demand is so high.

I know that I should be more patient - but the battery life on my current phone is weak and I just really want my phone ... And I know that some people have pre ordered and havent got theirs yet, fingers crossed your phones ship today!!! (Positive vibes #)

Nice! I got my 72 hour follow-up call from them today too but I couldn't answer because I was teaching. Originally they refunded me the $60 I paid in taxes and shipping. Next time I'll be sure to answer and try to get some more money credited!
