I know T-Mo completely screwed this up, but they've kept a customer here.
I've been getting phone calls from ERTs every 3 days (which I'm sure the rest of you have). Originally they gave me a $50 bill credit after I sent a rather nasty email to the exec team.
Yesterday, my ERT credited the down payment PLUS TAXES to my account, so I'll be getting the phone free.
Plus, they have the best trade-in/JUMP/data pricing, period. I'm pissed that I probably won't be getting my phone until about 6 weeks after the order was placed, but they've made it up to me.

My 6 Plus 64GB Space Grey has shipped! I just got a text and e-mail with a tracking number. Tomorrow would have been three weeks from the second order, and 4.5 weeks total from the first pre-order.
I get an awesome Android phone coming today (OnePlus One), and an awesome iOS phone soon after. Now I can develop for both platforms, so it's a win/win.

Wow I ordered mine 10/1 online and it's backordered until 11/21. Exact same model. I might just cancel and be done with this whole fiasco. It's pretty ridiculous at this point.
