Just got a call from an ERT member. According to her, there have been a few errors in their system to cause them to be sent out in the incorrect order. They are currently completely out of the model I ordered (6+ 64GB SG) in every place she could check. Nothing else to do but wait at this point, but I do recommend getting in contact with the ERT if it's been 3+ weeks without an update, like myself.
 
So given the troubles that lots of people are running into, I'm planning on holding off on my iphone 6 purchase for a bit.

Would you guys recommend switching to tmobile first then doing the purchase? I'm out of contract on Verizon, so my phone should work with a Tmobile sim right away with a new sim. Then whenever my soon to be ordered phone shows up, the switch wont be as complex as switching providers as well.
 
I'm surprised. I ordered mine yesterday at the T-Mobile store, and it shipped today!! I ordered the iPhone 6 (space gray) with 128gb.

Well thanks for the advice about the stores. Just called the T-Mobile store down the street and they had this exact model in stock (the only ones they had in stock). Cancelled my online order and went to pick it up. Got my iPhone 6 now!! YES!!

If it's an regular iPhone 6, not the plus, it should ship in less than a week. This info comes from other members who ordered and got their phones within that time frame.

My contract was up with Verizon around launch day -- I went to T-Mobile and transferred over from Verizon. Just popped their sim in the Verizon iPhone 5 and I was up and running. Verizon iPhone 5 and 5s are unlocked from day one. The only bad news is I haven't been able to get LTE because the phone doesn't have the LTE band T-Mobile uses, so you'll be limited to Edge (2G), HSPA (3G) and HSPA+ (4G). With both my Android and iPhone 6 Plus on the way, I'll just be able to pop the T-Mobile sim out and put it in the new devices no problem.

I emailed ERT again today, no call back so far...

I'm just mad cause T-Mo seems to be shipping orders ahead of mine. I'm talking orders of 6+'s 64gb Gold with almost 2 weeks after I did...

I'm not mad at the people who got their phones, just at T-Mo for the way they are handling my case, taking into consideration that my initial order was on Sept 15. :mad:
 
I'm just pissed, pissed, pissed. Those shipping times are *********. Now I'm estimated to be 11/24. Great, just in time for Thanksgiving. At this rate, I may see it in 2015.

A page or two back, someone post that a T-Mobile CSR said ship times were 4-6 weeks for the 6 64gb space gray or silver.


Your safest bet it's to call T-Mo and ask if they have it in stock. I had a call yesterday with a CSR and she confirmed some regular iphone's 6's in stock in all flavors, not all sizes though. Also she confirmed that Apple stores can actually do EIP's if you qualify, so you have more options than us waiting for the plus.

I called around mine too just now. One told me that they won't ever be carrying them, they'll be ship-only.

Somewhere way back in this thread, someone said that Apple stores didn't seem to know how to do EIPs and it wasn't a common thing to be done. Plus according to istocknow, there's no Tmobile friendly iPhone 6 available in all of California.

I was set for:
iPhone 6 64 GB Gold expected ship by 10/17
iPhone 6 64 GB Silver reserved in warehouse. Won't ship until all items in order are in stock.

To This:
iPhone 6 64 GB Gold expected ship by 11/24
iPhone 6 64 GB Silver expected ship by 11/11

I see they gave the Silver one that was reserved to someone else. If they keep playing leapfrog with phones and dates, I may be able to close my VZW account by Spring. Only thing is, I received 1 Phone from T-Mobile and will be charged Family Plan on the 2 I don't have. They did offset 1 month but it's now going to be into the 2nd month of charges. Guess I'll have to email JL again.

Anyone know why I keep getting $32.64 holds from T-Mobile every week? This is the 3rd week in a row where I have a pending charge from T-Mobile that goes away after about 5 days.

My account was just debited $174.36 (just about half of what I was expecting). Could they be sending 1 of my 2 phones? I did notice that the note was removed that said that my SG phone would not ship until the silver was available.

I just don't get it. I ordered the same phone seven days earlier and have nothing, nada, zilch. My two phones ordered on the 19th were placed on separate orders to ensure that one phone would not hold up the other. Just don't get the mechanics of T-Mobile order picking system.

We are in the same boat on the 19th. I ordered the 6 Plus 64GB Silver
 
Were you jump? I was. Also, you might get charges any minute

I am in JUMP, but they borked some account details so it ended up being a regular order. So I have another JUMP order that was placed on the 29th, so now it's a race.

Fingers crossed that at least one will ship soon.
 
Hey all I have an update on my end.....ordered 2 iPhone 6 plus 16gb phones on 9/19. This was after 3 retail locations told me to not preordained re phone because they would have plenty in stock. I spoke to Stephanie in the escalation team and she offered me $220 credit on my bill. After no news for weeks I get a text on 10/9 saying that my order was canceled due to a card error...which is definitely BS. I called Stephanie back and left her a voice mail explaining everything. I then called the number they provided in the text and was furious with them. She was then able to order 2 more 6 plus 16gb a day promised that the they would be in my hands by the next day. I obviously doubted that bold claim and was correct to. It's not Tuesday, and I still don't have the phone. I do have a tracking number and should have both phone tomorrow. Stephanie ended up calling back and I explained what was going on...she gave me another $200 credit and apologized like crazy. Suffice to say...A total of $440 dollars for a 26 day wait wasn't too bad. I wish you all luck with your phones!
