I was just charged!!!!! If i got charged then everyone should have been charged. Im always the last to get everything. Plus, i ordered on the 26th.

im bummed but stoked for you haha, i ordered the same thing on the 19th JUMP in store. I'm hoping mine is coming soon somehow haha

I am not Jump. I am coming from AT&T and buying two phones outright and bringing another three phones to the plan for a total of five lines. I appreciate customer loyalty, but at what point should someone not be able to "jump" line in front of my orders?

I see your point, but i dont think tmobile has too much order right now. But i will say that i DO think that a 7 day "jump" in line is reasonable for a loyal customer. Especially one, like me, who has been with them for almost a decade
 
Just got off the phone with ERT, got another monthly bill taken care off, and a bunch of we are sorry. This guy was nice and helpful, but he couldn't exactly tell me why people are getting jumped in the cue of orders. He said that they are trying to correct that issue at the warehouse since a LOT of people are complaining because that :)D).

For those who have not ordered, they expect to normalize orders by the end of November, after Thanksgiving and the black Friday sales. So I will suggest of waiting after those days to order.

He confirmed that Apple is sending phone by batches, not a bunch of everything in each shipment. He was just apologetic and very helpful, lets see now if I can get a phone soon.... :confused:

Also there is no more "Jump" priorities, even if you use Jump! to order now, you will go to the end of the line, at least that's what this ERT told me.

Congrats to those who got charged, and please tease us with pictures after you receive em'!

is ERT a special supervisor or are they the the ones we talk to when we call for the first time cause if so i should call them and see what's up?

Don't disagree, but there is just as much or more value in getting two lines that have been with AT&T for six years and two lines that have been with Sprint for 15 years and one new line to cap it off. That is a strong pull from the competition and for a company such as T-Mobile that is trying to gain market share, I would expect that to mean something.

If it was just one week that would be understandable, but there are folks who ordered prior to me for the same model who are still waiting. If shipments continue per trend, then if we miss today, then we are waiting another week to see if we are fortunate enough to have our orders filled. Not looking for special treatment, just looking to be served in the order I got in line.

I agree with what your saying, i just believe that tmobile has kinks in its system.
 
Where'd you get that case and what is the brand?


Amazon Iphone 6 plus beetle supcase the pic on amazon doesnt show the plastic to the left and right of the buttom I just got it today Im assuming this is a newer updated version case was 22.99 and comes with a nice sturdy belt clip otter box is $69.99

Anyone know how long after getting charged you are supposed to get a track8ng number or be able to track by reference? I want to see if they upgraded me to overnight or not

I got a shipping number approx 24 hours later. They upgraded me to overnight.

If you get charged today ,it will probably be shipped to you the day after tomorrow, so Thursday is your day, and I got upgraded to Next Day Air , even when I placed the order for UPS Ground on my wife's 16gb.

Just got my phone this afternoon and I love it! Well worth the wait! I hope all of you guys like J2funny that have been waiting since the beginning get their phones soon.

UPDATE

Alright guys, here's the scoop on my cancellation.

Got a call from an ERT who apologized profusely for the cancellation, as it was no fault of my own. They offered to send me a 6 Plus SG 16GB as a loaner until I can receive a 6 Plus 64GB SG. Of course the new order is "up to 6 weeks" but he had doubts that it would take anywhere near that long since he claims Apple has been sending them many more phones lately. The loaner phone is "4-7 days" and I should have it by the end of next week at the latest. They are overnighting my loaner phone AND my actual phone, free of charge. He also waived my $160 down payment. He apologized so many times, I almost felt bad for writing such a nasty email last night. Almost.

T-Mobile has seemed to really come through. But I'll know for sure once I have an actual phone in my hand.
