I was just charged!!!!! If i got charged then everyone should have been charged. Im always the last to get everything. Plus, i ordered on the 26th.

I am not Jump. I am coming from AT&T and buying two phones outright and bringing another three phones to the plan for a total of five lines. I appreciate customer loyalty, but at what point should someone not be able to "jump" line in front of my orders?

Just got off the phone with ERT, got another monthly bill taken care off, and a bunch of we are sorry. This guy was nice and helpful, but he couldn't exactly tell me why people are getting jumped in the cue of orders. He said that they are trying to correct that issue at the warehouse since a LOT of people are complaining because thatD).
For those who have not ordered, they expect to normalize orders by the end of November, after Thanksgiving and the black Friday sales. So I will suggest of waiting after those days to order.
He confirmed that Apple is sending phone by batches, not a bunch of everything in each shipment. He was just apologetic and very helpful, lets see now if I can get a phone soon....
Also there is no more "Jump" priorities, even if you use Jump! to order now, you will go to the end of the line, at least that's what this ERT told me.

I see your point, but i dont think tmobile has too much order right now. But i will say that i DO think that a 7 day "jump" in line is reasonable for a loyal customer. Especially one, like me, who has been with them for almost a decade
is ERT a special representative or are they the the ones we talk to when we call for the first time cause if so i should call them and see what's up?

Don't disagree, but there is just as much or more value in getting two lines that have been with AT&T for six years and two lines that have been with Sprint for 15 years and one new line to cap it off. That is a strong pull from the competition and for a company such as T-Mobile that is trying to gain market share, I would expect that to mean something.
If it was just one week that would be understandable, but there are folks who ordered prior to me for the same model who are still waiting. If shipments continue per trend, then if we miss today, then we are waiting another week to see if we are fortunate enough to have our orders filled. Not looking for special treatment, just looking to be served in the order I got in line.
Where'd you get that case and what is the brand?
