Was holding back on contacting customer service since I made my JUMP order on Friday at 9am central time and everything processed successfully. Gave up and chatted with and agent to find out they could not pull up any order even though i gave them the order # and the I see it in my account. Anybody else going through this?

Went through the same nonsense, appearantly they do not see it in their systems.

delivery date adjusted to the 19th. not even gonna give it the benefit of the doubt, as long as it arrives eventually!
 
Yeah I'm on safari. It's frustrating because I hardly ever use a PC and i would like to check the status of my order.
 
I suspect most people who ordered the 4.7 version ordered the 64GB variant.

It's a stupid good deal.

Log into your account on tmobile click phones at the top scroll down then click the link that says check order status that one works.

I can't do that. I'm a new customer and don't yet have an account or phone number to set one up.
 
Is tmobile the only carrier that is experiencing constantly changing est delivery dates? I remember when I ordered my 5 on verizon, the est delivery date was set when I ordered the device and did not change.

64 gigs of SSD space costs a few bucks, but I do know what you mean (comparing to past iPhone models). I think most women will opt for the 16 tho, as all the ones I know rarely store much on their phones.

Yup I never had problem with Verizon either.

I checked in UPS and Fedex, but I can't find my Tracking Number.
 
who the hell hired t-mobile's web developers? they have the sorriest website i've ever seen -- they chose aesthetics over functionality -- a 90's site would work better at this point -- such a god damn fail.:confused:
