Just got off the phone with ERT, got another monthly bill taken care off, and a bunch of we are sorry. This guy was nice and helpful, but he couldn't exactly tell me why people are getting jumped in the cue of orders. He said that they are trying to correct that issue at the warehouse since a LOT of people are complaining because thatD).
For those who have not ordered, they expect to normalize orders by the end of November, after Thanksgiving and the black Friday sales. So I will suggest of waiting after those days to order.
He confirmed that Apple is sending phone by batches, not a bunch of everything in each shipment. He was just apologetic and very helpful, lets see now if I can get a phone soon....
Also there is no more "Jump" priorities, even if you use Jump! to order now, you will go to the end of the line, at least that's what this ERT told me.

Credit card charged on the 13th and I get them on them 10/16.

Do you feel like the plastic inside the case can scratch the phone during installation?

Still showing 10/31 and 11/24 here while waiting for more shipments from Apple. Will check again in the morning and hope for change.
Check your credit card for a charge. Thats the only way you know things are actually moving. The order status page still lists me as receiving my phones on or before 11/24.

heard that....i ordered the unicorn on the 18th. I've had a ERT call me every 3 days to inform me whats going on since I'm not even able to check my status. I'm hoping that when she calls me tomorrow it will be to inform me that my phone has shipped. This thursday will be 4 weeks since I've been waiting.
I ordered on the sep 12, canceled on the 15th, reorder Sept 15th, canceled again on the 20th,!! Went to the brick and mortar for now the third time! On the 20th And here I sit waiting for the plus space gray 6, 64gb. What kills me is seeing people after me, getting their phones. I'm just not happy!!
Haha.. Same here but I have a order in with Apple on the 30th I think it's going to beat my 20th order with T-Mobile
I'm in Orlando, 128GB 6+ SG ordered 9/19 and my shipping date is 11/24. Did you get Space Grey or Silver? Can you PM me your order number so I can show my ERT while I rip him a new one?
