I ordered a SG and nothing yet
my theory with you guys ordered 9/19 is, that was the delivery first date and all the chaos carriers and apple having.. that was friday.. i actually avoid that. i waited over the weekend and extra 2business days. which was 23rd. system is backed up and going smoothly on orders

I emailed ERT about a week ago and never got a response either. This whole process is super frustrating and the text messages that our orders "remain a priority" but just have the same info every week are an added slap in the face if you ask me. =/

Yeah, I've actually gotten a three months credit on my bill. But I really want my damn phone. I'm in the middle of emailing my ERT now actually, because my ship date was last week, then this week and now it's Thanksgiving.
I'm over it.

Any tips on getting ERT to respond? I've emailed them 3 times in 2 weeks and nothing. Pretty sure I'm blacklisted.
I started with John.Legere@t-mobile.com and that assigned me an ERT. I dealt with her and when i needed to send her screen shots of what I was seeing, she said they had a generic address executiveresponse@t-mobile.com which they got. So people are definitely checking that.
I hate to see people who ordered before me haven't gotten their phones yet. My tactic whenever I email ERT is to be cool, I never ask for comps and so far I've gotten 3 months taken care off, no down payment, and a bunch of we are so sorry. Hope you can manage to get the no down payment

I've never asked them for credit either but I truly doubt they would comp my down payment since it's going to be $700. LOL
