Unrelated, but I'm stalking the USPS tracking page (hahahaha) because after longggg phone call, Disney finally shipped my magic bands. The order was stuck. Due to arrive tomorrow.... The same time we have fast passes for Thunder Mountain. The post office hates me, there is no way they are going to hunt it for me early if I go there before we leave.
Wonder if I can convince kid 1 & 3 we have to wait for them?? (They have limited ed bands, #2 and I don't)

Yea. Me too. Everyday when I get home, I check to see if my phone came. When I see it hasn't, I don't even get upset anymore. I'm just like oh well

New player here...firstly, I would like to say, that I think all of you still waiting for your phones from pre-order (especially J2funny), should win a medal for extreme patience!
I also ordered an iPhone 6+, 64 gb, gold, on 10/09/2014, new Jump customer, ordered in the store in Elyria, Ohio, signed EIP agreement asap.
I was on the fence about ordereing the 6+, so early in the release of a fresh redesign, but then the only thing I ever disliked about my iPhone 5, was the screen size and the fact that I am at the end of upgrades with the release of iOS 8. The more I thought about the gorgeously huge screen of the 6+, the more I coveted owning one (thanks Apple for digging around in my pocket once again)...then I saw the China pre-order opening date, and thought, "well, if you are going to order one, now is the time, or plan on getting it early next year!". I still may get it next year it seems......
I really do hope the US pre-orderes are fulfilled before they start releasing phones in China

I really can't believe they haven't sent you a loaner phone at the very least for all the grief they have given you with your order screw ups....I would have went postal by now I think
Imagine if you weren't checking your order constantly to see that it had been cancelled!!! I just don't understand why T-Mobile hasn't been kissing your butt...perhaps you are a little too patient

Haha. At first I went berzerk..... I was blowing their $#!+ up. They paid my bill, gave me $200 credit, no down payment for the phone and now they do 72 hour call follow-ups. But I realized that this is only T-Mobile's 2nd iPhone release and it's not fully their fault. So now I just try to take it easy and pass the time by coming on here and seeing everyone get their phone before me

I got a call yesterday while at work from the cust service number, and I have a VM.
It says it is 24 seconds long, but the play button is greyed out so it won't play. I'm assuming it was my ERT calling about my trade-in....

Reboot your phone, it should play then or dial 1 like the other guy said. Started seeing this issue after iOS8.
Yes, but if you still have the box that the phone originally came in, I would put the phone in the box first, and then mail the box back in that envelope. I did that because I was worried that the phone would be damaged in that envelope.
