damn 3 months for free!? thats awesome.. in a way.. i think you would rather have the phone instead

Everytime ERT calls me I explicitly say that I'm not looking to get ANYTHING due to Apple's inability to fulfill shipments to T-Mobile. Now, whenever the OFFER*(*=keyword) a credit, I just say to them ":rolleyes:surprise me:rolleyes:" and I reiterate to them that I'm not asking for anything but a accurate status ofmy phone. Be nice and they will be nice to you.
 
yeah i feel like whenever you are nice thats when you get stuff. When ERT called me last month, i was calm, cool and collected, told them i knew it was not their fault, that apple is known for this , blah blah.. and got my current bill taken care of.

I feel you.... And I still haven't gotten any notifications from T-mobile that my phone has been shipped. That hasn't stopped me from Tracking by Reference at least 3 times every hour.
 
Since I'm a new TMobile customer and wasn't getting my 6plus anytime soon so I bought a Nokia phone in the meantime. (Target doesn't have a restocking fee.)

But today my phone stops getting a signal, can't call or get data. I call support and the rep asked me if I got my iPhone yet. Nope, nothing, no charge, no tracking number. He said that's weird since they activated another SIM card. Odd. I go to a TMobile store to get a new SIM card and continue using this Nokia phone and I got my hopes up that this was some cruel way of letting me know my iPhone had shipped. But nada, nothing, zip.
 
Funny, because I am conflicted every time I see an order placed after mine move. Glad to see movement, wonder why it's not mine.

We are waiting for the same 2 phones. I ordered the day after you so I will be keeping an eye on the spreadsheet! I have 2 pending charges from T-Mobile. The $32.64 charge keeps coming up every week and then going away. I don't know what is going on anymore!

I'm sorry I've had no updates for days, my 3 year old son has been admitted to the hospital (we're out of town making it more difficult).

Anyway, I ordered a 128 plus silver on 9/12, early morning. IT WAS DELIVERED TODAY!!! I had it rerouted to Chicago, where I'm staying, and will hopefully meet it tonight (had it delivered to someone at work who can bring it to me at the hospital late night tonight).

I lost all patience with everything, so my ERT put a second order on my same line (her offer), 128 plus sg, on 10/9, and it's expected to ship 10/18 or sooner. I had it sent here to start with, so I should should see it in a few days, and actually get to decide if I still want the silver, or if playing with the guy I'm staying with's sg swayed me.

I've had the week from hell with my poor little boy here in the hospital, so it will be really nice to think about something else for a few minutes. Hurry up tonight!

After Several e-mails to CEO, VPs, & ERT, a $200 credit for their screw-up:, multiple phone calls to clueless T-mobile reps, multiple date changes, useless and inaccurate information from t-mobile reps, even more useless order tracking site, Threats to cancel my 5 lines of service, getting to share this experience with you guys . Glad this saga, journey, drama whatever you want to call it is finally coming to an end. It is an awesome phone guys. Simply beautiful screen and perfect size in my opinion. Well worth the wait!:)

I might have to get mine replaced. The sensor in the headphone jack gets stuck and says I have headphones plugged in after I've taken them out. Compressed air has fixed it but if this continues I'll have to swap it out. The good news is that Apple stores have a supply of phones for swap out that are not part of the regular retail stock. They're not even packaged the same way so there's no way for them to sell them as new.

Still loving the phone however, getting used to its quirks. I'm hoping 8.1 really smooths things out...
 
Okay guys. So an ERT member "Jason" called me tonight regarding the email I sent them last night and he was REALLY nice and polite. He credited my account one month for me and was super apologetic. He kinda told me the online updates/trackers are BS but I should just keep checking on it and he'll ensure that I receive my phone shortly. I also asked him about the status change that most of us got (the recent move to 10/18) and he said he isn't sure about that but what he's seeing on his end was 11/7 :/ so I guess we just have to wait and see!

I won't see a charge since they waived my down payment, which is great BUT it wont allow me to have that extra tracking advantage. So I am at the mercy of the website status, text messages, UPS Reference tracking, and emails....

Oohhh! So bittersweet lol I'll let you know when they charge me... I'm watching these things like a hawk lol especially after talking to the super nice ERT guy...
 
Just a heads up to everyone who is getting there iPhones. I was putting on a screen protector on my new iPhone 6 Plus and noticed when I pushed on the top of the screen that it was making a little noise and it was noticeably moving when I pushed on it. I took it to the Apple Store and they gave me a new iPhone no hassle. You might want to check out your phone to make sure its all good. Might be something you don't notice for a while.
