so theoretically, if the phones are supposed to ship on or before the 18th, we are supposed to get charged and get tracking numbers today or tomorrow right?

Just got off the phone from my wonderful ERT who was flabberghasted at the move back of my date from 10/18 to 11/24. He said those dates are accurate and they just can't understand what the heck is going on.

In the meantime, he created a brand new order for a 6+ 16GB SG for me as a loaner until mine comes out. He's watching my account because I will be charged the down-payment for it, but he will then credit my account the down-payment. Then I simply send him back the 16GB when my 128GB comes in.

So in the meantime, I will get to play with a 6+ until my real order comes in.

All in all, my ERT has been pretty outstanding. :cool::D

I'm telling you, my jaw nearly dropped to the floor. I thanked him a thousand times. He apologized over and over. The order is created and he put it in as overnight shipping. I may even have it tomorrow but more than likely it'll be Monday or Tuesday. Depends on how quickly the process the order. He said their systems show that it is in stock, but has 4-7 business days listed as the time. We'll see. But now I'm f^%king excited that I'll at least have a 6+ to play with until my real order comes in.

Seriously. I'm stunned.

received my 6+ case in the mail today which i ordered on Monday from Amazon...but still no phone:(

Nice. Mine JUST got shipped(the 16gb loaner) after it was placed a couple of hours ago!!

Maybe ill get it tomorrow if I'm lucky?

had to cancel my 64gb SG 6+ because the card that was charged was compromised and had placed a new order for a 16GB 6+ which i should get tomorrow, according to the Telesales rep.

what I'm going to do is call in right after tomorrow i get it to exchange it for a 64gb. I have 20 days to return the 16gb, at least ill have some sort of iPhone to use and hopefully it will be less than 6-8 weeks by the time my order is placed.
 
The fun has been sucked out of this phone release.

Had another call today, and while apologetic, there really is nothing T-Mobile can/will do to fix the problem.

Most concerning thing for me was that the T-Mobile rep admitted that we could gamble by cancelling the two orders from 9/19 and see if the phones show up sooner than currently anticipated (10/31 & 11/24). How in the world can an ordering system be so screwed up that orders will just remain in limbo? At this point T-Mobile might be running fulfillment off of a legal pad with hand written numbers.

She verified that there is nothing wrong with the original orders but also admitted that orders for the same product placed afterwards may continue to ship prior to mine.

If I wanted to cancel the orders she would have provided zero resistance.
