Got freaked out this morning when I went to the account page and saw that my order wasn't showing in the sidebar under alerts. Checked with an agent and my order is still being processed. It seems its just old enough that they stop displaying on the account page...

My order status changed from backordered on 9/29/14 to BackOrder 10/22/2014
at 01:58:05 AM. Like others have said. I'm not excited anymore.

No changes still this morning. My ERT better pray that it's just another glitch in their system when she calls. Gotta head to work. Will let you know what I find out tonight.

no worries.... that back order date changes as they update status.... last time they updated it was october 10th.... does not mean anything..... oh and the post above your talking about the alert status disappearing..... I think its on a 30 day timer... mine went away too so you will have to use the other link and input your order number now

The 16gb are indeed in stock. Just picked this up from UPS, ordered on Monday, restoring to 8.1 right now.

trying to remember that getting upset is not going to get it here any faster :)

....I have not jailbroken in a while....seems like most of my reasons for doing it went away..... plus I think ios is becoming so complicated trying to implement android features that it is becoming a challege for apple to keep it non buggy and so its important to be able to upgrade when ever apple implements fixes.... thats just my thinking though.... I am sure there are still lots of valuable features worthy of jailbreaking for to some

Another newbie joining in...
Switched over from AT&T to TMobile on 10-12-14
Placed an order for iPhone 6 128GB SG and iPhone 6+ 64GB Gold
The iPhone 6 has been sitting in a warehouse since 10-15 waiting to ship out but they won't sent it until they get my iPhone 6+ in stock.
They shipping date I got was 11-24 for my 6+

Just check idevicechecker and found a few Apple stores near me that have the TMO 6+ 64GB SG and various other 6+ 64gb or larger in stock. But when you search for it on Apple's website, it's not. Probably because people are lining up outside Apple stores in the morning. I never found any on idevicechecker before. Does it mean that there was a huge shipment of 6+ this morning? I think we may hear a lot of shipment notices today.

That's usually the case here in the North East but today was different. I had never seen this much 64GB or larger 6+ showing in stock for TMO. Change is in the air.

I am in the same boat right now. They sent my phones on Saturday after exactly 4 weeks of waiting. About 2 hours after the email saying that my phones shipped I received another email from AT&T saying that my service is no longer active and I lost service. Very inconvenient, why not wait until I get the phones to porting the numbers? This would have left me with no service for 6 days. I had to go to a T-Mobile store and buy 3 SIM cards so I could use my old phones on my new T-Mobile service (I wont get into how they forgot to activate my SIM cards, again very inconvenient). They also charged me for the SIM cards so I called and complained to T-Mobile and got a credit on my first bill.

So far I am wishing I stayed with AT&T!

and this is exactly what i don't want happening if i switch over to t-mobile... :(

Yeah, I actually saw a unicorn available in a New York Apple Store. Probably didn't last too long.

So I'm having a nightmare trying to order a 6 Plus from the T-Mobile website:

I'm switching from Verizon to T-Mobile, and on 10/20 I ordered a 128 GB SG 6+ from the T-Mobile website using their financing option. They ran my credit, everything was good, and my order went through. I wasn't given any estimated shipping date.

Today, I got a call from a T-Mobile rep telling me that my order was cancelled because the phone is currently backordered and in order for them to keep my order active, they would need to keep running my credit every 3 days to refresh the order. Since I don't have an active account, they said it is impossible to do it any other way.

They basically told me my only option would be to find the phone in an actual T-Mobile store (yeah right) and sign up that way, in addition to paying the $35.00 activation fee that would have been waived through the website. UGH.

So what are my options here? Simply to wait? Or was the explanation they gave me BS? Anyone else had this problem?

I am on AT&T now and awaiting my T-Mobile 6+ and 6, and when I was placing my order online I asked the online chat associate this exact question, and his recommendation was to place an order for the phone but DO NOT port my AT&T numbers over, but wait until I receive both phones, then take them to a local T-Mobile store to port the numbers onto the new SIM. That way there'll be no loss of service while waiting for my phone to ship/arrive.

I don't know about the running credit thing, but they placed a pre-authorization on my credit card as soon as the order is placed. I've had my order since 10/03, so it's been nearly 3 weeks and neither phone has shipped yet, and I haven't been told that my order would be cancelled (in fact, I check the status daily and it hasn't changed much).

How are you liking the phone? Is it uncomfortable in your pockets?

I like it a lot. I don't carry it in my pockets though, never have. I use a leather belt holster so no issues with bending or any of that. Its a rockin device, I'm quite pleased coming back from the Note 3 (though I do miss that S pen).

Just checked my order status and it changed to Backorder......WTF!!!:mad::mad::mad:

My order said Backordered right up until they charged my card and it shipped, so that doesn't necessarily mean it will take any longer than it otherwise would have.

I'm not even going to try bothering with Tmobile.com anymore after the experience I had. If I just order the phone for full price from Apple.com, do I just take it into the T-Mobile store to sign up for service and then activate it when I receive it?

I did get an email from my ERT and they did say my 11/3 date was accurate based on projected shipments from apple...... so I am just a little over a week away hopefully

I'm seriously considering ordering a 6+ but I'm intimidated by these crazy wait times.

Which SKU seems to be shipping the "fastest"? (Excluding 16GB)
