Ordered 6+ 64 GB in Gold on 9/17 in store using Jump
Up until this weekend my status said 'Expect Delivery on or before 10/29/14'
This weekend it changed to 'Expect Delivery on or before 12/5/14'

Almost 3 MONTHS from preorder date?!?!?!

Finally got a call from an ERT this morning and she said she was really sorry that they didn't have better information for me but it really could take up to that date to be delivered. She offered to credit my account for my monthly bill ($113) and said she will waive the $25 I committed to for overnight shipping. I asked if there was an option to change to a 6+ in another color or a 128GB option and she said that because I placed my order using Jump! there was no way to change what I ordered because it would affect my trade in. I thanked her for the credits and I said that I understand that this is a sourcing problem from Apple but it is INSANE to not be able to deliver a preordered product earlier than 3 months, especially since others who have ordered after me have gotten their phones. What a horrendous mess!

How did you get in contact with ERT? I ordered on 9/19 6+ silver 64gb and was repeatedly promised delivery this week by customer service reps.
 
You guys are not gonna believe this.... Like I said earlier, I got my 72hr call from ERT. A guy named Jason told me that they do have 128gb Gold 6+ in stock. I decided to place an order for it. 2hrs later I got confirmation from another ERT that the phone has been SHIPPED!!! Wtf!? I'm not making **** up, this is going to upset a lot of you guys, but try and see if you may be able to get one before they are gone. So I went ahead and cancelled my original order placed on September. I don't even know this was possible, but it happened... Good luck guys/gals!

Originally order 6 64 GB Gold and 6 64 GB Silver on 9/30.
My dates have been changed 4 times since the first date that I received.
I have been in touch with the ERT, guaranteed shipment within +- 2 days of 10/27. Well, Friday I received an email from a the Customer Care Team Manager. She told me that she apologized but my date was now 11/11. They have been making it right with crediting my account. I'll say that for them. I have the feeling that the shipments are controlled by a 3rd party of which T-Mobile has NO control over. That's why that can't tell you too much.
I know that the shipment address for Texas is 4500 Cambridge Rd, Ft. Worth, TX 76155 and that IS NOT a T-Mobile address.
I really believe this is why there is so much confusion on the dates and handling of the orders.

You can thank me for that!! When he called me this morning, I told him about switching about the colors and that I knew they had gold 6+ in stock. That if my date doesn't come through (10/31) he's going to have to make some serious concessions because I am DONE. He didn't know about the stock inventory for the gold one, and he said was going to look into it. Guess he did. :D
 
still waiting here... my ert never offered anything to me :( i would just put an order in for the 128 but 1. i don't that much space and 2. i don't want to pay an extra 100 when i'm into the 6th week of waiting now...

i just want my phone already... just feeling sad about this every time i look and see no updates. and now the DECEMBER estimated date on the order status page.

You are right in that T-Mobile has their returns sent there. They also have shipments shipped from there, BUT, and a heavy BUT, the REAL company (Google search turns this up multiple times) is:

i called CSR again same thing have no clue whats so ever my only conclusion is of this dose not come out till 11/10 time i'm probably gonna cancel.

Mine just shipped! Holy cow! It still doesn't show a date but tomorrow would be cool. Or the next day.
 
I have had 5 different iPhones on a single order since September 16! some 128 and some 64 and both regular and Plus size. Have had a headache as I recently had my order bounced to December 4th! I emailed the exec offices today and had a Jason return my call, unfortunately I was driving and could not take the call.
I had to call back and leave a message. Now there are apparently more than one Jason there. However the one I got left an extension of 877-290-6323 ext 3418036.

I am awaiting Jason to call me back. I will take an upgrade on size and storage if he is going to offer it like some others have apparently gotten. this is really unacceptable.
 
APN setting for t-mobile

Hi could someone please post their iphone 6 plus apn setting for T-Mobile. I've searched and searched and I believe I have narrowed it down to what I'm listing below.. I'm looking for if the MMS UA Prof URL is supposed to be blank of filled in with this "http://www.apple.com/mms/uaprof.rdf"

I bought the att model but have since unlocked it and moved over to t-mobile

How likely will T-Mobile follow through with the 6 week thing

Guys, how likely do you think it is for T-mobile to follow through with the 6 weeks guarantee thing. I ordered on 9/19 and my 6th week concludes on 10/31.... with all this "iphone 6+ gold 128gb in stock" posts I am reading I cant decided whether or not I should stick with my order or abandon ship and get the gold 128..... What do you guys think?

Edit: It is also really disheartening to read that people are getting 12/4 ship dates. =(
