Guys, how likely do you think it is for T-mobile to follow through with the 6 weeks guarantee thing. I ordered on 9/19 and my 6th week concludes on 10/31.... with all this "iphone 6+ gold 128gb in stock" posts I am reading I cant decided whether or not I should stick with my order or abandon ship and get the gold 128..... What do you guys think?

Edit: It is also really disheartening to read that people are getting 12/4 ship dates. =(

I see six weeks as an estimate rather than a guarantee. Either way, I think it is a gamble. Some may luck out by getting a different color and/or size and some may not.

My friends are telling me to jump ship on my order and go for the gold SKU. I've been explaining to them that I will have this phone for a matter of years and I'm not going to switch to a color that I don't want just to get it sooner.

That being said even if I did cancel my order and go for the gold, I might not be so lucky and it may become backordered as soon as I do it.

Stores won't be getting them until these orders are fulfilled. I'd say either stay with your order or switch to a 128GB Gold(or various 16GB colors)

I ordered a 6 64G and a 6 plus 64G Oct 17th and when I called all the stores in a 100 mile radius last weekend a rep in store finally told me that they aren't going to be carrying anything but the 16G in store. He said they only reason they originally had them was because apple did not make enough 16G for the initial launch. And that anything above that needed to be special ordered. He also stated that he's in the same boat as all of us, as in the waiting game for his 64G gold plus.
 
I got a call from T-mobile regarding canceling my original order on Oct 10th for iPhone 6 SG 64GB and to putt a order in for the same phone but with 128GB..she did it very quick and told me i should have the new order in less the 7 days...got very happy till I was going over my EIP agreement :(
She ordered a iphone 6 plus 128GB in Gold:(
If that wasn't the bad part...just got text/email with UPS tracking number and that estimated delivery would be tomorrow:(

So now I have to turn away a phone that most of you have been waiting for so long just so I could restart the new order all over again:(

Worst part about it is that this will be 2nd iphone 6 plus I will be sending back just so I can get a smaller iphone 6 that I want:(

So tired with all the bs
 
I ordered the ip6 64gb dark grey on Oct 14, the rep told me 7 business days at the most, but the shipping went from on or before 10/24 to 11/25.

I called they said they have the 16gb and the 128gb in stock, I feel like a rip off that that I have to pay $100 extra for the 64gb I probably won't use. I am thinking about canceling the order and just get an ip5s off craiglists. Now whenever I see the T mobile "Get your iPhone now!" ad on tv I get upset.

I think if I dont get my iphone 6+ after this friday (end of 6 weeks). im just gonna buy the gold 128gb 6+ if its still in stock. tired of this waiting.

This morning...that's what hurts..if only she put in the correct order my phone would have been on its way by tomorrow...all the regular iphone 6 in 16GB and 128GB as of today are all in stock but I'm afraid that doesn't change by the time I can return this one and putt a new order for the correct phone:(

so im on the 6th week of my order. i ordered on 9/19 and my estimated delivery is 10/31/2014! i havent had any updates or anything but hopefully my iphone 6 plus 64 gb gold will be with me on or by this friday :D any one with the same date as me having any updates or info ?

I also ordered on 9/19. iPhone 6+ 64gb silver. No updates on shipping or estimated delivery ever.

I talked to my ERT Jason Levy yesterday. He made no promises that my silver 64gb 6 plus would ship by my six week mark(Monday 11/3). He informed me it may be longer. When I asked what else I could do, he said the gold 128gb was having favorable turnaround times. We placed a second order yesterday and it has already shipped. It is in my local ups facility awaiting a driver to deliver it. Luckily I will be casing the phone so I won't really see the back just the Gold ring around the home button. I just need to cancel my 64gb phone.
 
Yesterday spoke to ERT as it didn't look like my date of 10/31 was actually going to happen for my gold plus 64. He ordered me a gold plus 128 and did not cancel the other 64, just in case. He offered me the new phone at the same price too. Woke this morning to email that the 128 is in FL already, to be delivered today. So glad I made the change as this has been a ridiculously frustrating experience. Today I will cancel the 64. Heres to hoping that all of you that have been waiting sooo long have a good resolution soon.
 
I placed an order for a 128gb 6+ last night.. Now to see if this one ships before the 64gb one

J2Funny, you might want to reconsider your stance on the ERT guys. I've gotten a free phone and my next month's bill is being waived. This waiting sucks, but at least they are trying to make it up to us. It's funny, last week, all I said was "I know it's not ALL T-Mo's fault.. Apple screwed this up too" and he sounded so relieved that someone understood haha.. They're stressed out like all of us, so I'm just patiently waiting now.

I've been thinking about going the route that alot of your going and ordering a gold 128gb, but I've already waited 6 weeks. It doesn't make sense to get a phone that I don't want and will have to keep for an entire year to forego another week (hopefully!) of waiting. But we'll see today...
 
When did you order? Did you check the UPS site by reference of your phone number?

On Saturday, and I paid 1 day shipping. And when I see everyone is getting shipped in one day. I'm like, wtf? My first order on Apple.com AT&T 64GB Silver got cancled and they didn't tell me until they were ready to ship and I was so excited when they took my money out. This would be my 4th order.
