Actually just figured out that by SG you mean Space Gray. I got the silver one 128gb. I spoke with rep before putting order and she said she had them in stock so I should ignore the 4-7 days listed on their site. Hopefully by tomorrow morning the order status will show progress
 
Skip 64 and go 128

Ordered a SG 64 6+ in store on 10/15. Had no idea that it was the most under-supplied iPhone in the history of iPhones. My shipping date was 10/31 which was a mild pain, but tolerable until I started doing some web reading. Then I got nervous and my fears came to fruition when my status changed to "please pass the gravy and rolls, oh and my newly delievered iPhone too" or 11/27. This weekend I did some leg work and visited some Atlanta Tmob stores and each one said I should look into the Gold 128gb. Having looked at the est shipping times on Tmobs site, I knew I had to change my order. I called last night, placed an order for a Gold 128 6+(4-7 days) overnighted vs. Silver (7-10), and was on my way. Except the Anusol who took my order somehow managed to enter Space Grey 128 6+ which also has a 6 week wait. Luckily I noticed and called back and got it corrected with my overnight shipping charge waived. This am I saw a few emails regarding the mistaken order and one receipt for the charge on the Gold order. No further emails nor texts came in today. I called about 30 mins ago, 8:45p.m. E.S.T. and confirmed my order is ready for shipment and I've got a tracking number which shows activity. It looks like I'll have my phone tomorrow. Nice.

Am I bummed I had to pay $100 more for my phone? Kind of, except that extra memory will be nice. Am I bummed about Gold vs. Silver or Space Grey? Not really, it'll be in a case and having seen the Gold in person, it's not bad. In the end, Apple goofed big time by under manufacturing and underestimating demand for the 6+. Each carrier then had to deal with their own demand vs. supply issues and it seems none of the big 4 handled it well. Next time a phone company does a pre-order for a much anticipated item, they should only accept as many orders as they have in stock. If they can fill every order, great, but stop when they've hit the limit or a limit that will allow for store stocking. The Apple stores have lines each day of twenty to 30 people long all waiting for a phone and if you're in that line, you're getting a phone. I saw this a few days ago while the Tmob stores had nothing in stock. They really never did, nor will they for a while. This mess is Apple's doing and Tmob exasperated it with a dumb website and a poorly trained CSR staff. I doubt we'll see such a fiasco again.

If you're waiting for a 6+ 64gb, do yourself a favor and call Customer Service and see which phones can ship now. The 128 has two colors that'll ship fast and all three colors of the 16gb will ship fast as well. Yeah it sucks to change colors and sizes and maybe it'll even cost more, but peace and sanity are priceless. Otherwise you'll go mad waiting for your Turkey with dressing and iPhone.

I was told the same. The rep spent a few minutes finding out if there are any Space Grays available and then placed the order. I'm speaking with another rep right now for some info

Just got off the phone. So apparently, they have no clue what's going on in the warehouse. It has been processed, it is in stock, it is ready to ship (been ready all day), but no movement. He said it MAY ship tomorrow, but he cannot promise that since it is out of his hands. So, to summarize, I learnt nothing new. :(

Thx for the update. The rep I just spoke with is clueless. She said all iPhone 6s are back ordered and not shipping until a couple of weeks. That contradicts everything the first rep told me. Gonna try calling again.

I'm going to wait until Thursday. If I receive no news on this, I will just give up on getting an iPhone from T-Mobile
 
Changing 6 Plus Order

So, after reading of success of people getting their orders changed to the 128GB Gold Plus, I wanted to do the same. I ordered on Sep 24th a 128 GB Space Gray and a 64 GB Gold. Both Pluses. My 128 GB Space Gray one is in stock and on hold until the 64 GB Gold is in stock. My order status says Nov 11 for that one. The websites shows 4-7 days shipping time for the 128 Gold though. I tried to get my 64 Gold changed to a 128 Gold but the rep said they couldn't change one of the phones without canceling the order and starting over. But doing that would lose my 128 Gray which is on hold for me. Has anyone else had success with T-Mobile changing one of the phones on a multi-phone order? It doesn't make sense to place a new order for a 128 Gold one because my Gray one still wouldn't ship until the 64 Gold came in stock. If I just had a single line order with a single phone it seems it wouldn't be an issue but the multi-phone order won't let me get my phone quicker!

Yes they can...I canceled my 6 SG 64GB and ordered the same but in 128GB and the ERT screwed up sent me a 6+ gold 128GB...wasn't home so UPS is gonna try again tomorrow

It took 24hr from canceling my old order and delivery of the new order..granted it was the wrong phone but it shows how fast the 128GB's are shipping lol

How many phones did you have in your order? I ordered two phones. The Rep told me (and I wouldn't be surprised if she was wrong) that they couldn't change one of the phones in the order. They could cancel the whole order and create a new order, but then I would lose my 128 Gray 6 + that is being held for me and I would go to the back of the line again. If you have a suggestion I would love to hear it. Tired of waiting for these phones! Thanks.
 
Oh and btw..this will be my 2nd 6+ gold I will be returning:(

I know some of you mite want to be choking me right now but I just could not get used to having such a big phone specially one handed texting plus every time I talked on it it gave my facial hair a wax job lmfaooo (funny but hurts lol)

I would have loved if Apple made the + like 5.1" like the S5 but at the end I think I will be happy with the regular 6...just need to take delivery soon hopefully lol

Are you using the jump or the eip on both orders?
 
T-Mobile just updated online status of my two orders. As of 10/28, still holding onto that 10/31 date. Ride or die at this point. If they hit they mark great, if not, I will cancel my orders and decide whether to line up at the Apple Store or maybe sit this round out altogether.
 
Update: I just received an email from UPS My Choice that I am expecting a package to be delivered tomorrow from "T-Mobile LDC Upgrade." This is the order that ERT help place for the 128 GB 6+ Gold this afternoon. Finally the 6 week wait is over! If you are still waiting for a 64 GB 6+, consider asking your ERT to change your order to the 128 GB 6+ in Gold if you don't mind the color. Good luck!

What Comps were You offered???

I think it's safe to say half of these ERT reps don't know anything and are blowing smoke or misinformation. Spoke with a ERT guy named James today and he said the gold 128 were shipping fastest at 4-7 days and the silver 128 phones at 7-10. but the 64GB phones were showing 6 weeks out. My order was for 4 phones ordered on 9-16 with a couple of those being 64 gb phones. He was offering to cancel order and open a new order but despite the estimates on 128 and their availability he didn't want me to think it was in the bag and that if I start an order over I could start the clock all over again. He offered to start a new order. I didn't take him up on that because he wasn't really offering to give comps like some of these other reps were. His only offer was a $150 credit for the bill. Now, I have read a lot on this thread over recent days and I have read everything from some people getting offered their phones for Half price, to having their down payment waived to having a couple months of service up front comped.

Now I must ask... WHAT exact comps were You offered and did you take them up on it? the guy I talked to today was willing to order me 128gb phones but not discount the price of the phones. His Only comp was $150 credit to the bill. which wouldn't even cover one month for my multi line plan. Please share what comps you were offered. These reps are all over the map on what they say they can do and not do.
I didn't take the offer to start a new order for the 128 phones because this specific rep wasn't really offering me much of a comp for having no phones for my order for 6 weeks now! So please list who you rep was (extension # would be great) and what you got offered for your trouble. thanks!

Wtf? They sent me one in less then 24hrs..I wonder If that CVR didn't know what he/she was talking about or t-mobile ran out that fast :(

I just got off the phone with T-Mobile and I just placed an order for the Gold 128gb 6+. The rep said the phone is backordered with an estimated shipping date of 4-7 days... hopefully mine will ship soon. fingers crossed. =/

As soon as my new gold one ships, i will call to cancel the silver 64gb
 
Ordered a Gold 6 Plus 128gb at 10:30 this morning central time. Just checked order and it says shipped with a tracking number. Will be calling tomorrow to cancel my 64gb silver. Very satisfied right now, good luck to everyone else!
 
I want to order a space grey 16gb in store should I get my phone in 4-7 days or are they backordered as well?
