Just got home from Fifth Avenue NYC with a Unicorn (64GB Space Grey).

iPhone 5 died, wouldn't power on or respond to a usb charger. Out of warranty, so Genius Bar dude asked who's my service provider and if I had a upgrade. Told him T-Mobile, Model, and Color, and now I'm unwrapping it as we speak. :D

Are you sure you did a JUMP! upgrade? As far as I know, they only do EIP's but not JUMP! upgrades.

It could've been either or.

Payed 166 as a down payment, and 24 months financing. But when she was doing it on the phone she did click upgrade. So I'm not sure.

Just wanted to let you guys know you can do EIP (maybe Jump?) in the Apple Store.
 
The Apple Store I talked to on 9/18 was one of the EIP pilot stores before it rolled out. They told us they can do both EIPs and JUMP upgrades.

They had the 6+ 64GB SG in stock? I have been checking all the Apple stores' stock around the tri-state area everyday and nothing.

OK, this makes more sense. Yeah, sounds like new EIP, I believe JUMP! involves Assurant Solutions, the insurance provider for T-Mobile.
 
My ERT just called & told me she doesn't know when my 6+ 64GBB Gold will be shipping even though I'm in week 6 since I ordered. She even had a warehouse person look into it and still nothing. She did offer me the 6+ 128GB Gold for the 64GB 6+ price. I accepted the offer & she said it should be shipping within the 4-7 day timeframe. She will also cancel my original order once the 128 GB ships out. She also said that she would handle my iPhone 4S deferred trade-in. She told me to mail the 4S to her & then she will credit my account for the locked in trade-in value from 9/19. I got to say that her customer service was amazing compared to the other ERTs that I've dealt with. I hope everyone gets their phones soon!
 
I don't know if I want a iPhone anymore. This waiting game really killed the excitement I had. If the Note Edge comes out before I get my phone, I'm getting that instead.
 
i noticed that they did the $1 hold on my credit card when i ordered the 128gb, but not when i did the 64gb. does this mean something? who knows but i like to think its something good
 
so i called up a ERT left him a message hopefully to get a call back and see what they can do hope i can get some good news out of it since i see most of you are starting to see tracking numbers.
 
Maybe I'm being an only child about this and letting my impatience be shown but does anyone else agree that Apple should at least issue a statement about these delays?

On one hand, it could be a total ego boost for them to announce that they are SO sold out and in-demand; and on the other it would just be nice to hear something from the horses mouth. I would be less impatient / frustrated if I knew what delays they had in screen production, chip, whatever. Some of you have been waiting way longer than I have and I think with such a loyal fan base, we're owed the courtesy.
 
update... 128gb gold 6+ was ordered thru ert today about 4 hours ago and ups shows shipping label created... i'll try not to get my hopes up until it's in hand but this is a lot more movement than i ever saw with the original 64gb order i placed back on 9/15...

I ordered a 128gb Gold 6 Plus today and cancelled my 64gb silver 6 Plus. Still no notification on the gold one, but am hoping that it does get shipped out soon.
 
Ordered a 128GB SG non-plus today, after a lot of hassle. Was told it would be here tomorrow (overnight shipping). Still no notification or tracking info. So, I shall wait and see. Not getting my hopes up for this. I'm expecting to sign in tomorrow and see a backorder and an estimated ship date sometime in January-February 2015. And my 64GB order pushed to the year 2152.

She said the gold would ship faster than the silver so that's what I ordered. I'm tired of nothing happening. If you guys could see the phone I've been using for 6 weeks, you'd see why I caved.

My new order placed today: iPhone 6 Plus, 128GB, Gold
I'll keep you guys updated.

May I ask how long you've been in contact with your ERT representative? I ordered a few days after you, but haven't been able to receive a response from the ERT.

I've been contacted by 3 or 4 of them since I ordered, but the one that actually got stuff done for me, her name is Sharon, I've been in touch with her for 2-3 weeks now. I don't have her extension, but I've always been contacted with them after emailing John Legere, T-Mobile CEO. john.legere@t-mobile.com
 
I sent an email to john legere this afternoon and got a call just now. Its confirmed that 64gb space grey is the hottest. They are still sticking with 11-4.

Now I asked 128gb gold and he told me its only 4 to 7 days on that model. It doesn't make sense for me now since Nov 4 is a week away.

Just gives an heads up guys. If your device is december ship date. Go ahead and order the gold 128gb.

Also ordered the same today with overnight shipping expecting tomorrow. Called them and they said it will ship tomorrow and get home on Thursday. They don't know reason for delay but They will credit back the $12 for overnight shipping. I'm hoping it does ship tomorrow as promised. Still haven't received an email alert either and order status still says "being processed"
 
Anyone know when the order status page from tmobile refreshes or updates? I read somewhere that it updates at night but any clue when?

Thanks for the information. Let's hope it's a minor delay. My order status says the same. Anything right now is better than backorder and cancelled.
