Good morning everyone, I spoke with my ERT last night around 7pm EST, just checked my email. My 6+ Gold 128 should be delivered today. If you are tired of waiting like I was, CHANGE YOUR ORDER!!! (6+SG64 to 6+GOLD128). They covered my deposit and next day shipping. If you still want to be upset then stay with what you ordered. Like I said you are probably going to put a case on it anyway. I order a 6+64SG on 9/23 (JUMP). 3 weeks ago after see people were contacting ERT, I rolled the dice and sent a email. I received a call the next day, from some guy who acted as it he didn't care if I got my phone. Since that initial call I have been getting calls from Sharron (ERT). She credited my bill 2 weeks ago for half my $170 bill ($85). I kept missing her calls since then. Tonight I received a call from Patricia C. I hinted to just wanting anything, after reading the success with the 128 Gold. She went above and beyond IMO. She waived the $199 down payment and gave me next day shipping for free. Now I have the original order of 6+ 64 SG (JUMP) and 6+ 128 Gold on order. She told me to keep the first one that arrives and refuse delivery on the second that arrives. I could give two S@#ts about the color after almost 6 weeks of waiting. Website has been showing ETA on SG of 11/3 for over 3 weeks now. Im putting a case on it anyway. All who are holding out, I hope you get Patricia C on the phone.
