Good morning everyone, I spoke with my ERT last night around 7pm EST, just checked my email. My 6+ Gold 128 should be delivered today. If you are tired of waiting like I was, CHANGE YOUR ORDER!!! (6+SG64 to 6+GOLD128). They covered my deposit and next day shipping. If you still want to be upset then stay with what you ordered. Like I said you are probably going to put a case on it anyway. I order a 6+64SG on 9/23 (JUMP). 3 weeks ago after see people were contacting ERT, I rolled the dice and sent a email. I received a call the next day, from some guy who acted as it he didn't care if I got my phone. Since that initial call I have been getting calls from Sharron (ERT). She credited my bill 2 weeks ago for half my $170 bill ($85). I kept missing her calls since then. Tonight I received a call from Patricia C. I hinted to just wanting anything, after reading the success with the 128 Gold. She went above and beyond IMO. She waived the $199 down payment and gave me next day shipping for free. Now I have the original order of 6+ 64 SG (JUMP) and 6+ 128 Gold on order. She told me to keep the first one that arrives and refuse delivery on the second that arrives. I could give two S@#ts about the color after almost 6 weeks of waiting. Website has been showing ETA on SG of 11/3 for over 3 weeks now. Im putting a case on it anyway. All who are holding out, I hope you get Patricia C on the phone.
 
Cancelled my order yesturday and jumped to the 128gb. Original order was on Sep 16th 64 gold Plus. In the long run with the financing it wont be much of a difference and with sizes only getting larger the space will come in handy. It shipped last night and scheduled for delivery on monday. Will still be checking the thread hopefully everyone else gets there orders soon.
 
I ordered my iPhone 6+ on September 12th. after a long wait with no updates I called in to see what was going on. The woman on the phone said it would be shipping in the next week (this was in the first week of October) the following Sunday I received an email saying that it would ship, "On or before October 27th) and I received this email every Sunday except the 26th of October. the 27th comes and goes with no updates. I check my order page on the 28th and it was updated to "shipping on or before December 3rd". I get frustrated and call customer service and their only suggestion is to call the local stores and see if they have any. That seemed a bit unprofessional thing to suggest but that didn't matter much to me. what matters is that I ordered a phone on the preorder day and haven't gotten any word. I hate this because I am a new customer to T-Mobile and I'd heard such good things about them, but this is beginning to be ********. I think I'm just going to cancel and try Verizon.

You definitely should get in contact with someone in the executive offices because you should have had your phone by now. There may be something wrong with your order that needs to be reviewed by someone other than regular customer service. Maybe you could have your order changed to a 128GB phone, if you don't mind the colors. But, your situation is one that warrants immediate action (and the credits to go with it). Good luck!
 
If anyone lives near Charleston, South Carolina, they have 128GB unlocked (gold & silver) in their apple store. Charlotte Apple store has silver 128GB unlocked. Basically, anything north of the Florida border.

Yea. Mine shows that too but I doubt it. So far I've gone 3 days without a phone and I'm pretty sure I've missed a lot of important calls, etc...

Well, I totally dicked myself now I guess since I cancelled my original order. I did email ERT & Legere last night...I wasn't too over the top with it, but I did let them know I was po'd...don't know what good it might do, but at this point what do I have to loose???

I tried cancelling my order because they have the 6 in stock at my store and I need a phone so I was just going to get one and use it until all of the orders smoothed out. But they talked me out of it by saying they can send me a replacement iPhone 5S and I would have it next day but the smart ERT set it for ground shipping and now I have to wait!!!!! And I would've done the same thing that you would did
 
It seems like everyone is able to cancel their orders willy nilly.

Last Friday T-Force "put in a request" to have my order cancelled. So far it's still in my alerts as backordered. Now my line is ineligible for JUMP upgrade. :mad:

Sooooo.. for those of us with an on or before date of tomorrow, what's the over/under that our phones actually ship? I REALLY want to be positive, but I feel like I'm setting myself up for failure.

Plus, tonight should be the last night the system has to update my order before my phone ships, but it's "Devil's Night". Coincidence? I think not! :(
