i just called back an ERT for the second time since i never got a call back i'm getting really frustrated!
 
I have been seeing 6 plus SG in 64GB and 128GB pop up on Apple.com for pickup at various Apple stores around me but when I try to checkout it errors.

I think the iPhones that the Apple stores get in stock are for in store purchase/pick-up only....

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

So here's an update on my order. I preordered/ordered on 9/18 a 64gb Space Gray 6+ using my JUMP upgrade. I was told 3-4 weeks multiple times. It ended up then being a 6 week wait. My scheduled delivery was on or before Today(10/30/14). My tmobile ERT called and told me that my order is pending shipping but they have no clue when it will actually ship. I then received another call from an ERT named William Blake I believe and he went ahead and informed me that if he doesn't see my order shipped by morrow morning that he would send a 6+ 128gb Gold model for free, next day shipping and said to just return that phone, and my current phone back once my original order came in.
 
ERT fails

So I have three ERT peeps calling me. One of them offered me another credit. I told him to find me a phone and give me the credit. He said it was one or the other. I declined the credit and asked him to call me the next day and let me know if he found me a phone.

He called yesterday morning and sent me a 6+ 64GB via UPS and gave me the credit. I have no idea why they shipped it via UPS ground but they say I'll still receive my order for the original phone but I'm suppose to send it back to the ERT department. SMH
 
Received a call from jason and i decided to cancel my existing order 64gb. He upgraded me 128gb gold and overnight shipping. Best part is the price is the same as the 64gb. I see now my bill is 199 but he told me it will credited to the next bill.

He also told me that my card will not get charge.

Lets see what will happen..

I thought I saw you say in an earlier post that you placed your original order using Jump? I did the same for the Gold + 64 on 9/17 and when I talked to an ERT on Monday I asked her about changing to a 128 and she said that couldn't be done because I had placed a Jump order. It seems absolutely ridiculous that I would be penalized for paying for an extra service they offer! Just wondering if that was the case for you. Congrats on getting a phone!

Ok Sharon with ERT is an angel!!! She offered me the 128 Gold + at the same price as the Gold 64 + that I had initially ordered on 9/17 and I should have it by Saturday. So much better than the December date I was holding out hope for. Hallelujah!
 
Spoke to an ERT earlier (we called them) and he reassured us the 6+ 128gb Gold will ship within 4-7 days... :confused:

I've slipped out of frantic mode, and guess I have to take it as it comes from here on out. :eek:

He also said, it was probably a good idea to cancel the 6+ 64gb Gold order, they have no idea when those will be in.
 
Just got a call from T-mobile customer care. I have not e-mailed ERT or anything so they proactively called me to tell me my target date of 11/3 was being moved out 2-4 weeks more. 6+ 64GB Silver ordered 9/22.

Sorry for the late response but yes I ordered the 6+ 128gb gold and yes I got the 4-7 day backorder delay but i did get the next day shipping for free :'(

They did, all went well, I signed my EIP again and 20min. later I was actually charged BUT now that I double checked my email, I'm getting the 128gb silver.(?) Confused, the rep repeated gold and said that was the one in stock. I hope this isn't another setback. -_-

Exact same boat. I was told my phone would arrive tomorrow through next day air?
 
Just emailed Tim Cook. I figured why should John Legere be the only CEO who gets bitchy emails?

Totally agree, Apple needs to be more considerate and honest about these outstanding wait times! They need to issue a statement and explain the delays. I mentioned it before, Apple customers are loyal customers - we're owed the courtesy.

We should all email Tim!

Wait, are these planes for T-Mobile? I was told Texas was the main distribution center and none of them are going to Texas

Is that true? I have been trying to find out what warehouses distribute T-Mobile, can'y only be Texas can it?

Anyone else know which locations the phones come from?

I heard Texas is the main center but they do have smaller centers around the states but only carry limited supplies compared to Texas. That's what I was told today from a csr
