This is extremely inconvenient for those of us switching carriers :mad: I attempted their loaner phone and it was garbage! It didn't work unless on speaker and i couldn't text on it being that it was an old school wannabe blackberry. My fingers are not used to texting on a non-touchscreen phone. Gave it back and now i will be without a phone until December :( What was the point of switching and i wont have a phone?! (rhetorical) Sprint sucks so i had to get out of there quick. I was told it would ship in 1-4 weeks... I'm looking at 1 month and a half. Lord be with me!:confused:
 
Ordered mine yesterday, 64GB space gray iPhone 6. It's currently on back order, after reading through this thread looks like I won't be getting it for a while.

:eek::eek:I woke up this morning to a tracking no. in my inbox!!! Phone is currently in Indianapolis and expected to deliver to me by Monday (CA).. Fingers crossed for Friday.

Yes, you can do that too. I tried a few apple locations but all they had was 16gb iphone 6. I needed 6+ 64gb and 6 64 gb. Maybe it's just my area but definitely worth a shot. Good luck n hope you find one
 
Have two 6+ 128GB phones on order with Apple, shipping early December. Went into a Tmobile store the other day and they told me all they were getting were the 16GB models. Can anyone confirm that? I'll have some time tomorrow morning, and will be out of the house so am considering running by my local Apple store to check availability, might also run by another Tmobile location to see if there might be stock. Anyone have any luck getting a 6+ 128GB phone at a Tmobile store?

I could have gotten a 6+ 128gb, Gold phone frome my local Apple store, but they couldn't do an EIP....the guy looked at me like, "yeah, we have that in stock"....this has to be the most convoluted pre-order/release evah...... :rolleyes:

Ordered 6+ Gold 64 GB on 10.14.14

Called 611 this PM, they had 6+ Gold 128 GB in stock. Cancelled order for 6+ Gold 64 GB. Overnight shipping for new order.

Hope to have my new iPhone by this time tomorrow!

I didn't care about getting the shipping credited bc T Mob has given me a 30$ credit for this month. Plus I have in the T Mobile Advantage Program and received a 24$ T Mobile Visa card for the purchase of this iPhone.

Sigh, just got off the phone and they did say they had a few of the 6+ Gold 128 gig phones, but none of the other colors. Was reluctant to get just the Gold, as I am uncertain about what that would do to my order of two through Apple (one Gold one Space Grey). They were unsure of the availability of the SG or Silver at this point. Guess I'm a coward... :(
 
I had ordered my 6+ 64gb SG on october 8th, got tired of waiting, and it wouldnt ship till end of the month, so i changed my order to a 16gb 6+ and it should ship and arrive tomorrow, then ill upgrade on the jump as soon as a 64 or 128 becomes available
 
I am thinking about getting a 16 GB in Gold. What's the best route to go? Apple or T-Mobile?

Checked w most of the Florida stores and they stated they would only receive the 16GB only models in the stores until jan.
 
As previous post states, I ordered the 6 16g, SG on 10/29. The Rep told me that those were the most available and should ship in a few days. That was over two weeks ago. Yesterday (11/12/14) Jason (ERT) called to follow up and basically said, their was a backup in shipment and it could be possibly another two weeks for the iPhone 6. He offered to switch me to the 6+, 16g, SG. He said they were showing a few left in stock. I agreed, he gave me free overnight shipping, and received my tracking number this morning that it is on the truck for delivery. He also credited my account for another month. I think T-Mobile is doing the best with which they have to work. I have yet to speak to a rude or careless representative nor ERT. 100% improvement from Sprint's customer service...
 
I ordered the exact same phone on 10/29/14 with an online/phone Rep. She told me it was a 4-7 day shipping window, but they were in stock, so should only be a few days. She also gave me free overnight shipping. After a few days, I checked back on my order and it still read "ship on or before 11/5". So, I waited the full 7 days and on 11/5 I checked my order and it changed to "ship between 11/12-11/17". They keep pushing these orders back. I thought this being the basic model and low storage, these phones would ship quickly. Heck, all of the Apple stores show them as being plentiful and in stock. I am thinking about just canceling my order and purchasing at the Apple store. This is my second merry go round with these new iPhones. I preordered a 6+, 16g, SG on 9/12. It took exactly two weeks for that phone to arrive. Hard to believe this one is taking longer..

I just cancelled my order and I'm going to buy directly from Apple. They have EVERY other carrier in stock but T-mobile. Even then, it's only a 7 day wait. If you aren't planning on trading in your device, I suggest you guys do the same! (Actually, maybe wait until I get my phone to confirm that it IS only 7 days ;) )
 
In case anyone is curious about cancelling:

I cancelled my order w/T-Mobile on 11/1, and the order didn't actually cancel until 11/11 (they said due to the "overflow status of orders and cancellations"). I was told that at any time in between, the phones still may ship, and my best option would be to refuse delivery. I'm sure I'd still have been hit with the $600 or so charge for downpayments/tax and so on, which would have been a bummer.

Anyway, my order is now actually cancelled, and I'm glad I made the choice to buy directly from the Apple Store.
 
I have been following the thread for a couple weeks, decide to finally join in. I ordered a iPhone 6 Plus 64 GB Gold on 9/19. Had multiple estimated shippings and also on 72 hour response calls. The last update was that I will receive it on or before 11/11, by that time the ERT hasn't called me in like a week and a half. I thought oh, it must be because my phone is shipping soon. I called CSR twice and 2 separate supervisors confirmed with me and promise me that I will get my phone by the 11/12. Well, well, well what do I have in my hand? Lies.

Now my estimated date is 11/12-11/19, might as well tell me its going to be 2015 before I can actually get it. I have lost all hope in T-mo reps. Well today I saw that the apple store near me has it in stock and can also do jump, but I don't want to risk canceling it and wait 3 days for the order to clear and go to the store to find out its gone. What do you guys think I should do?

Can I buy it at the apple store, cancel the t-mo order, wait for it to clear and go back to the store and ask them to do a refund/jump for me?
 
havent received any call from ERT this week. They were suppose to call on Monday and today. I need to know where am i supposed to send my old phone so the EIP gets cleared
