I got charged on Friday too, but so far no tracking number, order still backordered, nothing shows up on UPS.

How long does it usually take from the CC charge to actual shipping?

I think because today's a business day, you should get a tracking number today.

I have been looking at the case and screen protector I got for my + sitting on my desk for two weeks now. got kind of old...:(

I got charged Friday got e-mail Saturday with tracking but I was able to find it on UPS track by reference before e-mail Friday by entering my Tmobile number. Its left KY to MO & due to arrive tomorrow in Austin.
 
Thanks for the suggestion - I went back and looked and don't see a UPS guy coming in (he usually comes around 6 or 7, so the delivery time was not that far off). I think he either misdelivered it or something more nefarious happened.

I wrote the ERT over the weekend - I am hoping I will hear from them either today or tomorrow.

IF it was delivered and IF some woman picked it up, maybe she was planning on using it to interact with you :p

no email, nothing shows up on UPS my choice, no change to the status of the order on https://explore.t-mobile.com/order-status and order status in My T-Mobile is still Backordered.

I have been waiting to install the update to make sure it is stable now...
 
i got charged for the 64gb 6plus on friday- but t-mobile is going to put a hold on it since i also got the 128gb.

im just glad this is coming to an end! i mean it only took 9-10 weeks!!
 
Spoke Jason, the ERT. Told him about the delay in getting the tracking info. He said "our system says you are on the pre-shipment stage. You can expect a mail from t-mobile anytime today or the latest by Wednesday". I hope he is right!

All I can do is just WAIT!! :(

My 6+ got delivered today and it was installed with iOS 8.1. No issues.
 
So Fed Up

So, I still don't have my IPhone 6 Plus 64GB SG which is fine but over the weekend...T-Mobile ported my ATT number over without my iPhone 6 plus in hand!!

I had to go to the store to get a crappy loaner phone that doesn't even have Wi-Fi and fork over $55 for a deposit. This is seriously unbelievable.
I can't use my old iPhone on T-Mobile because it isn't unlocked.

Supposedly my phone is coming this Friday but I don't want to believe anything T-Mobile says anymore. :mad::mad:
 
Just an update, was notified of shipping last Friday but did not show any movement until today... Ups now showing weds by end of day.... Shipment is out of Kentucky. I returned the white 128 plus to the Apple Store without any problem

64gig so plus ordered 9/22

Yea I haven't gotten an email/text either with tracking info. I got charged on Friday as well, but the charge is still pending. Today will be my 6 week mark from ordering.

Thanks - I was really hoping someone from the ERT would call me today (I emailed them over the weekend) but I didn't hear anything I am still hoping maybe I'll hear something tomorrow. My shipping estimate is December 20 to January 3. This is insane. If the ERT can't do anything, I think I am going to just cancel my order and stick with AT&T and my iPhone 5. This is insane.

Not too shabby. Unfortunately my wife DOESN'T want it, so I'll be refusing the package. Bummer.

Oh well. I'll just buy the iPad Air 2 I've been eyeing instead. Everyone wins.
 
my space grey 128gb 6 plus is finally in town and will be delivered in the morning!!! pretty excited to finally get it i just wanted to say thank for guys for all your guys help and info over the weeks and for those starting to get them congrats and for those that are still in the hunt waiting i hope you all get them very soon. :)

I'll never do this again.

It will be weird when all the T-Mobile stores just have all varieties of 6's and 6+'s in the store to pick up at your convenience sometime next year##
 
I didn't get a call from Jason today.. Hopefully he calls on Thursday so I can get the address to send my old phone so they can clear the jump issue and the eip balance

I just called customer service and had an extremely frustrating conversation. No information about the lost phone. Absolutely no possibility in getting a replacement phone sooner than the end of December. I'll give ERT a chance to call me tomorrow. Otherwise, I am canceling the order for the replacement and putting in a credit card dispute on the first order.

I'm going to have the same issue and I'm worried that I won't be able to get in touch with my ert person as well.

The worst part is that the guy at tmobile screwed up by ordering a 6+ so now they are sending me a 6 in a separate order that will probably take forever to get here. And then the hassle of sending that phone to a different address than my phones that I traded in.
