I've followed this thread for a few weeks and have finally decided to throw my info in the mix.

6+ SG
Ordered (in store): 10/15
Backordered: 10/16
Original expected ship date: on or before 11/26
Revised expected ship date: between 11/26 and 12/10

I obviously can't fault T-Mo for the supply and demand on another company's product. What I don't understand is T-Mobile's order fulfillment process. There doesn't seem to be any kind of consistency to it, whatsoever.
 
My iPhone 6+ SG 128 ordered on 10/18 went from on/before 12/01 to between 11/17 and 12/01 to between 12/01 to 12/15. I need to stay patient.
 
Thanks - I was really hoping someone from the ERT would call me today (I emailed them over the weekend) but I didn't hear anything I am still hoping maybe I'll hear something tomorrow. My shipping estimate is December 20 to January 3. This is insane. If the ERT can't do anything, I think I am going to just cancel my order and stick with AT&T and my iPhone 5. This is insane.

Can't tmo upgrade you to a phone that is shipping quicker? That is what a lot of us did w/the 6+ 128 gold model, and it worked. I placed my new order on 10/29 and had it in hand on 11/06. They have to be able to expidite this...have you "tweeted" to John Legere, and complained on tmo facebook page? If you haven't done that, I would go do it now ;) I know it seems silly that John Legere would actually listen, but he does....

I just called customer service and had an extremely frustrating conversation. No information about the lost phone. Absolutely no possibility in getting a replacement phone sooner than the end of December. I'll give ERT a chance to call me tomorrow. Otherwise, I am canceling the order for the replacement and putting in a credit card dispute on the first order.

Try the above first before cancelling your order ^^^
 
Finally got my tracking number this morning. I was told that my shipping would be upgraded to overnight shipping, but the phone shipped ground.

Well since my order was cancelled on Saturday and when I called to update the CC and the rep didn't process the information. My order wasn't reopened. Just spoke to a level 3 rep who gave my account a $100 cerdit and promise that the lastest my phones will ship will be Monday 11/17 with overnight shipping. Waiting to see if that happens :apple:

Got both of mine 6 Pluses yesterday afternoon. Went into the local T-Mobile store to port my old AT&T numbers over and also pick up a personal wifi cellspot, and good thing I did...T-Mobile signal significantly weaker at home (although LTE still came in strong at 25mbps down) at 1 bar.

Originally ordered a 6+ SG 64GB and a 6 silver 64GB on 10/03, since week 1 it's said expected delivery date of 11/14. 2 weekends ago we went to an Apple Store and my wife got to physically handle a 6+, and she wanted the 6+ in silver instead. Not wanting to let the wait clock restart after 4+ weeks of waiting, I asked the CSR on the phone IF there's any 6+ in stock at all, and he said both the 16GB SG and Silver will ship immediately. Having lived with 16GB capacity for the last 5 years, I really didn't want that...But I really didn't want to restart the clock and wait for 6-8 more weeks again, so I bit the bullet and ordered a 6+ SG in 16GB, and a 6+ Silver in 16GB. It shipped within 24 hours and finally arrived in California yesterday via UPS ground.

Judging from the last few responses here, I think if we didn't change our order we'd both have 64GB phones in hand, but she would have been unhappy with the 6.

You know what they say about happy wife...

Going to have to be frugal with pictures and videos and diligent in backing them off the phone...Plus use iCloud liberally.
 
just got my phone this morning!!! finally and just 30 mins ERT finally decided to call me but i missed there call!
 
Got my phone today!! After 6 weeks of waiting I wasn't even excited anymore to be honest. But as soon as I saw that UPS truck in front of my house all that exciting rushed back to me. For all those debating to just cancel I Highly recommend you stick it through. Well worth the wait. Hope everyone gets the phone they ordered soon.

Btw I ordered 9/29/14 iPhone 6 Plus 64GB space gray. Jump customer.

Just ordered the iPhone 6 Plus 64gb in silver. I have the 6 right now so I am not in any crazy rush...Hopefully beats the 6-8 weeks but not hopeful.

That's pretty quick, so hopefully it comes through. I'm in SW FL and I just had to reorder a 6 silver 64gb because they made a mistake on one of the original phones on the initial order. It's showing as delivering between 11/20 and 12/18. It was ordered on 11/7.

I understand...I originally ordered the gold color in the 64gb, so it wasn't that big a deal for me, I guess. What I was pis*ed about though, was that I had to pay an extra $100+tax, and double the down payment, because I knew from everyone else's experience, that I would not be getting my phone on the 20th! :mad:
 
I ordered the 16gb Space Gray 6 on 11/10 (Monday night). Last night it said will ship between 11/23 and 12/16. That is a MASSIVE window!

Today now it says the standard "Orders will not be visible after 24-48 hours of placement"..... Are they pushing my order back???

I ordered the exact same phone on 10/29/14 with an online/phone Rep. She told me it was a 4-7 day shipping window, but they were in stock, so should only be a few days. She also gave me free overnight shipping. After a few days, I checked back on my order and it still read "ship on or before 11/5". So, I waited the full 7 days and on 11/5 I checked my order and it changed to "ship between 11/12-11/17". They keep pushing these orders back. I thought this being the basic model and low storage, these phones would ship quickly. Heck, all of the Apple stores show them as being plentiful and in stock. I am thinking about just canceling my order and purchasing at the Apple store. This is my second merry go round with these new iPhones. I preordered a 6+, 16g, SG on 9/12. It took exactly two weeks for that phone to arrive. Hard to believe this one is taking longer..
 
Ordered gold 6&6+ 16gb on 11/3. Cancelled 11/4 and decided to order 64gb. T-mo still shipped both 16gb iPhones i cancelled and arrived yesterday. So tempted to go ahead and used these 16gb's. Need to ship them back ASAP before I open them.
