Ordered the iPhone 6 16gb on the 29th. Wondering if I should call customer service, cancel my order to be able to get the 64GB what should I do?

If you decide to cancel, and reorder so you can get the free upgrade, make sure they cancel your order while you are on the phone with them..they CAN cancel your order right away, but if you aren't insistant about it, it can take a couple weeks to cancel..I was told due to all the order delays that they have a backlog of cancellations also...

I would be calling and having a fit since I originally ordered a 64gb model, and decided to cancel and order the 128gb model instead, but I ordered the 6+ :(

Not that I am not happy with the 6+, but it irritates me that I had to do that just to get my phone sooner...too bad the 6+ isn't part of the promotion...

Same here...despite having cancelled service with T-Mobile about five weeks ago. The people I've spoken to assured me my iPhone order was cancelled as a result of me canceling service with them. I got a letter in the mail saying I had a $20 balance from service so I went to the nearby T-Mobile store to pay it off and the gal there said it was only $8.xx so I paid it.

I asked her to check to make sure my order had been cancelled and she said everything was...but what do I see on my credit card alerts this morning? An authorization for the down payment from T-Mobile.

My credit card was finally charged today, too. I don't care that I didn't get overnight shipping, I'm just relieved this whole ordeal is almost over.

FYI: I got the 6 plus in 64gb space gray (ordered 10/15)
 
hey guys! My Card has a pending charge from tmobile. Do u guys know how long it takes to actually charge my card and how long till they ship the phones after they charge it?
Ordered 2 64gb SG 6+ and a 64 SG 6 on 10/13 and still waiting. my most recent status was shipping between 12/3-12/10 and it just recently changed to 12/7-12/12. thanks

Glad my ship date hasn't changed recently. Although I ordered 10/8 6+ 128gb space gray still waiting for charge or any movement.
 
Trust me when I say majority of us did/still are dealing with the same issue. As much as you want to blame T-Mobile they arent 100% at fault. Yes they're shipping estimation does suck and it's always moving but they can't control when they receive phones from Apple or the number of phones they will get when they are shipped to their warehouse. Have you been talking to a CSR or ert since you originally ordered? If not I strongly recommend you do

WOW! I went into the store on 10/21 and ordered the same phone and mine is set to ship on or before the 6th as they have already taken the money from my account. They should have better organization than they do.... Thats a tmobile not an Apple issue.

I am beyond infuriated with them at this point, since others have gotten their phone when i ordered the exact same one 2 months ago

The shipping times are messed up, I tried to do another order after canceling it in Oct. My new order was created on Nov 9th and I got it today, I feel bad because I want the people who waited the longest to get theirs first. Just hang in there a little longer!

I made my order for Cyber Monday through Customer Service, yet my iPhone 6/64GB Silver is still on backorder. But the people who placed the order for their phone on Cyber Monday through the website are getting theirs ship the day after. How is this fair T-mobile?!? I feel even worse for the people who placed their orders 2 months ago and still haven't received it. This whole situation is messed up, and only T-mobile is to blame. For my current order, I don't even have a estimated shipping date, it just states that its on backorder.

T-Mobile shows 6-8 weeks whereas Apple shows 7-10 business days. Makes sense. |:

actually just got off the phone with a manager who said according to them with orders i should have gotten it 3 weeks ago, he has no clue why i havent yet, but would personally find out whats going on and get back to me friday, so here's hoping. I wish since 128's are available they would just do a free upgrade for my trouble
