Is anyone else ordering as a new customer? I ordered a 6+ 64 GB Space Gray (outright, no eip) earlier than most on here it seems (9/12 4:25am pdt/7:25am edt) and my order status on the page just shows "Order Placed" and if I call the 1-800 it says back ordered. I've never seen an estimated ship date other than on the final step of checkout.

Customers who opened a new line on their already existing account also have this, which is my case.
 
So, I think at this point that you're in best shape if:

- Your order status is Backordered
- You have no Backorder time-stamp next to your shipping date
- You placed your order over the phone (not subject to the JUMP effect)
- You have no shipping date, and have never had a shipping date
- You got Overnight Shipping ($24.99)

All these are me minus the shipping! I'm starting to have some hope again. Who ever figured this out is genius.

im almost in same boat as you. ordered around 530 pdt, i got nothing
 
This happened to me as well so I went to the store to see if someone couldn't give a straight answer. The reason everyone's est delivery date is because T-Mobile doesn't have any phones yet. They won't get theirs until the 9/19 then they will ship out and T-Mobile only delivers on weekdays not weekends. This is the lamest preorder I have ever experienced and will be taking my business back to at&t at least they are honest about delivery dates



Omg your kidding right? They don't deliver on weekends?! Wtf! Well gee talk about being "UnCarrier"

I have all these but chose ground shipping because the CSR told me it what arrive the same time as the faster shipping and she didn't want me to pay extra. I thought she was doing me a favor. fingers crossed!
 
Does everyones shipping pending time reflect what time it was ordered. Mines at least 3 hors after so I'm not sure if its right or if its EST (im in CA)

Ditto here as I'm a brand new customer switching from ATT. Ordered over the phone at 5am PST on 9/12. All I can do is log in using the order status link I received by email and it say order placed. That's it. Phone order status check says backordered.

Umm I hope this is true but when i ordered at 643 pst am the 12th the cs rep told me it was backordered, so im not sure if they see the same things as us
But i fall in the category even with a "late" submission

I believe I have all of this , Can't really check my order because it always says currently unavailable. Other than that it looks like im golden.
