Ordered my iPhone 6 on Friday. Signed the electronic form on saturday, just got my order confirmation earlier this afternoon. Does this mean I may be on track to get it this friday or not? Havent got a tracking number or anything.

Anyone who can answer that is lying. Some of these theories about when people will get their phone on here don't make any sense.

I've pretty much got to the stage where I'm not going to be too worried so long as my order went through and all. If you ordered Friday you're not going to be getting it in November pretty much (hopefully you'll get it on launch).

I'm not going to predict when I or someone might get it, I'll just try to predict when they won't get it. I guess that's all we can and must do until Friday itself considering a bunch of people said (including myself I believe) they got pre-order phones on the same day their order updated to say "shipped" or what not.

I honestly don't think you'll get it Friday just because the EIP was signed late, but no one has tracking numbers etc so don't worry about it yet.
 
Pre-Order CSI at work... so many speculations...

Hope the consensus is right; 'Backorder' = ready for shipment but on hold due to Apples' Nun-trol...
 
So with all this craziness going on, do you think tomorrow we will have tracking numbers then?

No been with them over a year I click on phones at the top then scroll down and click on check order status.

The twitter feed said they ship on the 18th maybe then (Hopefully before) i think other carriers are sending mutiple shipments for their launch date (was reading vzw Thread)
 
They are telling their reps to say weird things...

I ordered on 9/12, I think the order went through in the system at 6:26 AM ET - I got on the phone at 6 AM when they opened but 6:26 was when I got the first EIP email. (Received EIP conf. email at 6:34 AM ET)

At the time that I ordered I wasn't able to upgrade shipping as I see now others are able to. I was told there just wasn't an option for it.

I'm currently a back order, with not estimate ship date (I never had one). I actually had to call TMo because we just changed the address on our card and I wanted to make sure it would be ok (it wouldn't unless I wanted to cancel and re order - so I called the bank and had it changed back in the meantime).

While I was on the phone I asked when I'd get the phone and was told this Friday, then I asked what day it would ship on which she again said, this Friday.

I'm also crossing my fingers that I'm in some kind of first batch that's supposed to be here on launch day and that's what lead to the vague this Friday answer.
