Fyi

I admit I haven't read every post in this thread, but I have read enough that I may be of help to some.

I have a T-mobile iPad with a data plan. I decided to move my 3 voice lines from AT&T and order an iPhone 6, a 6 plus, and a 5s. I ordered Friday morning around 4:45 am PDT on the T-mobile website. Within an hour I had the signed agreement submitted and I figured all was good.

After several days of first seeing that system down message after entering my order number and zip code, I noticed the link in one of my e-mails and got to a page to enter order number, zip code, and last name. This one worked but only said order placed. Never changed so I called the number listed on that screen and got an automated response to enter my order number. Response said no record of order but may take a few hours to show up. This was either Saturday or Sunday, but I figured with the massive amount of orders it may be taking longer.

I called the number again today and after getting the same message of no record of order, I talked to a representative. They said they saw the order but that it was waiting for authorization. They went ahead and did the authorization and although the website has not changed yet, the automated message now says the the order is scheduled to be shipped 9/19 and expected delivery date is 9/22.

Not sure what waiting for authorization means, but at least now I have some info and figured other on here may need to do them same to get the order moving.

The iPhone bought full priced directly from Apple is unlocked. Insert your Brasil chip and connect to iTunes. It will activate. Acho que já te disse isso antes.

Hi Coleman, thanks a lot. But I don't understand why I need connect to iTunes instead of makes activation by wireless or cellular data, could you explain a little bit?

Where you from?

So, I think at this point that you're in best shape if:

- Your order status is Backordered
- You have no Backorder time-stamp next to your shipping date
- You placed your order over the phone (not subject to the JUMP effect)
- You have no shipping date, and have never had a shipping date
- You got Overnight Shipping ($24.99)

This is me EXACTLY

I cannot even get my status to come up for my order - always says the system is down. I do see the order on the right bar in My-Tmobile and it says "Order Processing," but cannot get any further status. My final EIP confirmation email came in at 7:28 AM EST on Friday. I did get an email/text like everyone else saying my phone is backordered, but that's it.

I ordered a 6+ 64GB Space Grey at 3PM on Friday using Jump w/ overnight delivery. I signed the EIP online as part of the checkout process.

Order went from having an estimated ship date to none today. Order status is still backordered.

Card still hasn't been charged. :p

I'm assuming even for Jump customers with a 3PM order time I'm pretty far down the list....

My estimated delivery date changed from 9/25/2014 to Blank

Ordered online on the 12th using JUMP.

I called and the automated system it said I'm backordered. =P oh well

Hmmm I am that too! I ordered my 6 64Spacegray at 12pm Friday online. Overnight Expedited Shipping. This morning it says backordered with an estimated delivery date of 9/16... Then 9/17... now the date has been erased.
DYING HERE!

I was charged today. Should I be excited or is this common!? Do I have any chance of receiving my phone on Friday!? My order still doesn't show a ship date.

I would say if you preordered friday, youll probably see it. If you preordered Saturday it may come Saturday, Monday or Tuesday. Depends on your place in line.. You should know for sure. T-mobile is not updating shipping information until the devices are shipping

Question for JUMP customers...

If you log in to your account and click ' Shop ', does your JUMP line still show ' eligible for JUMP upgrade ' ?

Just curious.. Thanks

I pre-ordered on Friday at like four in the morning. Has anyone else been billed but you still don't have a ship date?

Best info so far. Have order placed online with nothing further. Called number and recording says my order containing multiple items (5s and 6 plus) is scheduled to be delivered 9/19

I have a micro sim at the moment from my old phone. Will my 6+ from TMobile have a nano sim with it that I can activate with? (So that I can just use the Switch Sim button on MyT-Mobile) Have previous online iPhone orders come with sims to use? Must I go to the store or order one online?

Yes it will come with the Nano sim and be ready to go.

Friend of mine is a district manager here in AZ. They have told me that if you ordered on the 12th and have a current, "Backorder" message right now without a delivery date. Then you will be the first to receive the iPhones on the 19th or 20th, depending on what type of shipment you picked. Reason is the system know's that those phones will be the first to ship, and as it scans it's database for iPhones. It does not see them currently in stock. So it gives a back-order message. Those of you that have a delivery date will be receiving the second batch of iPhones. Good Luck.

I have a question. For the people that ordered the iPhone 6 128gb how much did you put down or how much did they ask you. And also for the iPhone 6 64gb. I just want to get a clue as to how much I'm going to fork out at the store. They never ask for down when I get a new phone but I know if I want my monthly bill for the phone lower I have to give a down payment. Thanks in advance.
