Speak for yourself. It isn't for me. I live near Tamp, Florida

Where do you get this information ? Do you have a link of some kind or do you have a Crystal Ball ?

I love it when so called know it alls on this and any forum throw out "they know it all" facts without links.

I will be in Tampa and st Petersburg sunday and monday. Guess I will see for myself.

I'm a long time reader I come here everyday but I rarely post but in this situation I have to say I was with sprint for 10 year and I left them for tmobile and in the last 2 month since I been with tmobile I couldn't been more happier . I get lte every where and most places . I wknt lie there time where I see edge but 5 sec later it's at lte . I think it's a glitch sometime . My speed test are always 15mbps or higher even on hspa my speeds an damn fast about 5 to 8 Mbps .. Here's a speed test I took weeks ago . Tmobile has greatly improve in Florida especially around Miami and broward where I live and work ... And with the 70 plan with 2.5 gb of tethering I don't have to jailbreak or root my phone to get free hotspot since it's already included . U definetly can't beat that .

With T-Mobile paying ETF, it can only mean one thing:

More net customers for T-Mobile

This ad has been playing on TV a lot recently.

If T-Mobile coverage is great where you spend 95% of your time, T-Mobile is the most cost effective carrier.

We use to have Verizon and now AT&T. Verizon couldn't compete with AT&T with the LTE speeds here in San Antonio. I just did this test right now at 12:00pm noon and this is what I got on AT&T. We are moving though to a area where AT&T is not as good and the speeds are pretty bad. We maybe switching again.

AT&T's network sucks rocks in San Antonio. I can't even count the number of times my calls dropped or sounded garbled. I was lucky to get 2Mbps connection at my house on LTE!

Here is with T-mobile:

Maybe these two screen caps will make you understand. The iPad Mini was using AT&T and at 1AM, the speeds should have been incredible using LTE.

The 5S is using T-Mobile in the middle of the day.

I broke my AT&T contract a year ago because I could never get any better speeds then these. Here it is a year later and the speeds are still bad. Verizon is just as bad in my City which is Broomfield Colorado.

T-Mobile for the win.

Well that's great. I'll give it to T-Mobile that inside most major cities they can go head to head to Verizon and AT&T in data speeds. The issue is that once you get on the interstate between cities, AT&T users will likely be on HSPA+, Verizon on LTE, and the T-Mobile user on EDGE.

Auctally tmobiles equipment is more advanced and supports LTE advanced while atnt's equipment doesn't.....

This is horrifically incorrect. Every single one of the carriers is using similar equipment, more specially flat-antennas from ALU/Ericcson/Samsung, etc with RRUs. Some are using multi-band models, etc.

Everyone's equipment is Rel. 10 compatible. The only carrier making a big deal about it is T-Mobile. Every carrier's equipment is just as "Advanced." Rel. 10 is enabled via a software update.

The AT&T Labs chief also said that AT&T's entire LTE network architecture is ready to be upgraded to LTE Advanced Release 10 and beyond via software patches.

And on the topic of LTE-A, LTE-A isnt a magic switch that makes everything turbo... It's a set of features that enhance the existing LTE networks. There are many features, such as small cells (Hetnets), Carrier Aggregation (CA), MIMO, etc. In order for Carrier Aggregation to be possible, you need a secondary LTE layer, of which, T-Mobile does not have.

AT&T/VZW/Sprint all have multiple layers of LTE and will deploy CA very soon. Cat. 4 LTE devices support CA, such as my AT&T Note 3. When you go into service mode, CA is disabled.

On the topic of Hetnet systems, VZW/AT&T (and even Sprint) have pledged to use small cells and DAS systems in high traffic areas and are already deploying. TMobile has made it clear that they will only leverage current MetroPCS DAS systems and NOT deploy more.

Yeah it has been on TV quite a bit. I'm about tired of seeing it now.
