Same. Got a notification that UPS didn't have my package yet so it wasn't being delivered today but it was coming Friday

I knew that would happen. Highly doubt T-Mobile was going to take the risk of incurring Apple's wrath a second time

Charge on my CC is still pending and my order status says Running. Ordered a Pink iPhone 15 and a iPhone 15 pro titanium blue. Getting nervous as I have never had the running status before lol

I’m ordering from T-Mobile this year, instead of Apple. I’m curious - I haven’t seen anything shipping, and when I looked at the account it says it will ship and deliver on 9/22. Is that normal? It seems weird to me.

Ordered the Pink 15 plus w/ 512g

Running looks new this year.

I'm interpreting it literally as "the process of allocation to shipment to deliver is currently in process"

Literally like an operation running.

Do you have the UPS app? That’s where mine showed up this morning?

Does anyone one if there is a way to release signature authorization for UPS? The app indicates a signature is needed and I do not see option to release.

Could be...a sign of the times we live in...sigh
Yeah it really sucks for people who work. I lost my job due to too many medical issues so one perk of that is I get to wake up at 7 and stare out my window all day until that brown truck blesses me.

I ordered a sim card from t-mobile about a month ago and it still says running even though it has been delivered.

Depends lol. I had a signature required for my last iPhone and the guy left it at my door all day 💀

I ordered in store on Saturday. It would have been sooner, but I decided to port from ATT for the multi-line discount and promos.

Anyways, in my orders on the T-Mobile app, it’s showing October 4 - 11th. The reps in store and someone over chat said disregard those dates, that it should be the 22nd.

Who do I believe: the reps or the orders page?

Thanks!

Ordered on Sunday. Got a 256gb Natural Titanium Pro Max.

Order page is telling me ship date 10/4 - 10/10. Heres to hoping I get bumped up earlier! :)

Believe the orders page.

Until you start seeing charges on your card, or activity in your UPS account, it's not moving.

Yeah that makes sense! I did contact T-force and they said my account looks fine. Fingers crossed!
