anybody else having issues? I get to the end where I put my payment info in and then it fails. Keeps saying to try a different payment method but I’ve tried 4 different cards
Having same issue as well. Tried iOS app and on laptop. Sucks.

Yep. Same thing happening here. Then I called in and got most of the way thru with a rep and he put me on hold and the connection dropped.

Every. Year.
 
I hope I don’t have to wait until it ships to be charged, I don’t remember that from last year, I believe the money was taken from my account immediately. I don’t like having money sit in my account because my balance is always low (lol) and I always worry that something will auto bill and take money I need to cover what isn’t withdrawn yet.
 
yep, having issues. I have called in earlier in the week to change my plan from magenta max first responder to g5go Plus for promotional trade in value. I have 2 iPhone 13 to trade in (830 vs 300), and had the rep update my plan to start from day 1 billing cycle (which is in 7 days). He said everything will be Gucci for preorder today, when I log in I see pending rate plan change. But it does take me to upgrade devices (family plan) well when I try to update, it shows $999 trade in (and that I have g5go next, which is false) and when I try to process gives me a payment error. And that's on t-mobile website, on mobile app its showing me $300 trade in when I try... so screwed up. trying to get an agent to speak to, disastrous preorder launch - at least with T-mobile.
 
I did my preorder through Apple. It easily verified my T-Mobile account and plan. 16 Pro Max on the way.

They basically told me there is some sort of error and to try again later. Ugh
Same here, told me I'm some how not eligible, then told me I just had to pay $50, then the system wouldn't let me pay at all. lol, I have issues with the upgrade every single year with Tmobile, and have to keep trying over and over before it goes through.
 
I am so pissed. I tried ordering on the site and I'm getting an error and it won't let me check out. It's saying for me to call.
 
Also, the TMobile app is not working at all. I can only get to the site. The T-Mobile site on my iPhone will not let me get passed the accept and agree page.

Anyone else with T-Mobile Go5G Next able to upgrade through the Apple site without having to pay full price?
 
I was just told the following via T-Mobile DM on X:

“That’s a good question, and I want you to be able to get your hands on the phone you want. It appears this year the decision has been made to only offer the base model on JOD. That being said, you’ve been a great customer for a long time, and I want to make sure you’re able to preorder the phone you need. It appears last year for your JOD you paid $450 at signing, and $25 per month. If I can help to get you that same pricing with a loan rather than lease, would that be something you’re interested in?”

What?! That is the strangest thing I’ve ever seen.
 
Wife and I were able to pre-order through the Apple Store app. The system they have in place of being able to put it together before pre-orders open, so all that is needed is a few clicks when they do is really nice.
 
call mobile, wait is long 4500 people in the queue.45 mins wait - but they are able to order and will waive 35$ activation fee.
