There never was a free upgrade. People misinterpreted the offer. The "offer" allowed people to upgrade without any upfront cost. The extra cost is instead pro-rated over the entire lease period. Some people think they are getting an additional account credit, but that isn't happening.hey can anyone tell me how they got that "free memory upgrade?" the tmobile rep im on phone with is asking so that they can help me get it
It's probably cause your mom's phone is a rose gold version, which are in high demand.
those sneaky pirates....There never was a free upgrade. T-Mobile just let people skip the upfront payment and pro-rate the cost over the lease period.
I feel ya. I also order right after midnight and it still says processing. I ordered a 128gb silver 6s plus and when I call to ask about it, I was told that being one of the first to order had no bearing on when the phones ship out.so heres what sucks. i got the email for my moms rg 64 plus, saying shipping between 10/2 and 10/15. but mine sg 128 plus is expected to ship on 24th. wtf... so basically even though i stayed up and ordered at 12:02 pst im not getting one of my phones on release date. those *******s!
the total came to $213.69 and it was for the 128gb down payment, but they gave me a $200 bill credit that showed up on my account while I was still on the phone with ERT.
And yet you chose to buy it...apple sucks... 1000 bucks for a phone im only going to use a year...
Compared to other Carrier pre-order threads, this one is the biggest with the most replies and views. By this you wouldn't think T-Mobile was the 3rd largest carrier in the US. Then again, maybe T-Mobile's preordering process sucked so much it caused so many people to post.
ya maybe they'll have this preorder thing straightened out for next year.
Probably not.

Ok so we have a situation...
While we had the spreadsheet working and going all nice and dandy, some troll, has decided to mess it all up. I'm tired of restoring the data. For me there is no more point on following that spreadsheet.
I suggest that we all put our current order status in the signature so we can all see whats going on, and at least no one will mess with that info.
We tried, but a few childish people ruined for the rest of us.
me right now just refreshing my bank account
