lol, they tried to charge me but my card got declined because my payment hadnt posted yet. so i called and updated the info. she said they have a tool to update card info so that people dont lose their places in line. but who knows what will happen to me now.

anyone have experience with this?

well they immediately charged my new card. but it says purchase from tmobile, rather than upgrade. god forbid

Damn it. Now you all are going to have me monitoring my bank account for the next couple hours when I thought they were done for the day.

Ordered at 6am eastern on the 12th. Reconfirmed my info Sunday evening.

They charged me, but no email or text regarding shipment. Would they text my future tmobile # inside its box? lol. I hope they text my at&t contact # and not the temporary tmobile one.

Good news: Phone (6S+ 64GB in Silver) is on it's way. Received tracking information from UPS, like others they expect to deliver to me by EOD on Monday. We will see about that.
Bad News: They have mangled my JOD lease. It should have been a Zero Dollar upgrade. They charged $458 (Pending on my card). So it looks like I'll be having the same fun many of you have been having. But with my phone on the way, I'll wait for a few days, we can always fight about money after the phone gets here.

If they charged you that much it's either not actually JoD (the contract should be titled 'jump on demand') or you have bad credit and it's a security deposit because they don't think you're going to make the payments. ;)

Ordered a total of 4 iPhone 6S +. All have the same "shipped by 9/24" BS and are "processing" from inside my account.
Now they send me two generic emails with no order numbers or anything:

"Thanks for your iPhone order. We anticipate shipping your order number by 9/24/2015.

We'll send status updates as we continue to process your order, including a tracking number once it's ready to ship. Our goal is to keep you informed as we work toward getting your order shipped. Please note that your shipping estimate may change if we receive devices later than expected."

WOW, so much for JOD demand priority with my orders being made at 12:50am on 9/12. Then screwed up, then screwed up again, and wait for it, screwed up one more time (this time with no one even bothering to follow up).

I am happy for all of you that had a relatively easy process. I counted about 11+ hours on the phone/chat with T-Mobile about a freaking preorder. If it wasn't family I would have told them to go F*** themselves a while ago. But the girls really want their phone so I stuck it out.

If T-Mobile decides to fix this without any more stress for me than we leave things where they are for now. Either way my girls will get their phones; I will have one or two of my workers camp out by the Apple Store to make sure they get them and I will pay them in full and say good-bye to T-Mobile. Hazard pay for the employees, just in case someone wants to make a comment about that's not how you treat employees or some bs. They were the ones that offered.

Anyway, END OF RANT. Congrats to those that have their shipping and the best of luck to those still waiting.

It's a replacement from the 6+ I just got from them around 3 weeks ago as part of the JOD iPhone promotion. I had no down payment for that device. The total payment due on the lease is only $342.00
