Ordered a total of 4 iPhone 6S +. All have the same "shipped by 9/24" BS and are "processing" from inside my account.
Now they send me two generic emails with no order numbers or anything:

"Thanks for your iPhone order. We anticipate shipping your order number by 9/24/2015.

We'll send status updates as we continue to process your order, including a tracking number once it's ready to ship. Our goal is to keep you informed as we work toward getting your order shipped. Please note that your shipping estimate may change if we receive devices later than expected."

WOW, so much for JOD demand priority with my orders being made at 12:50am on 9/12. Then screwed up, then screwed up again, and wait for it, screwed up one more time (this time with no one even bothering to follow up).

I am happy for all of you that had a relatively easy process. I counted about 11+ hours on the phone/chat with T-Mobile about a freaking preorder. If it wasn't family I would have told them to go F*** themselves a while ago. But the girls really want their phone so I stuck it out.

If T-Mobile decides to fix this without any more stress for me than we leave things where they are for now. Either way my girls will get their phones; I will have one or two of my workers camp out by the Apple Store to make sure they get them and I will pay them in full and say good-bye to T-Mobile. Hazard pay for the employees, just in case someone wants to make a comment about that's not how you treat employees or some bs. They were the ones that offered.

Anyway, END OF RANT. Congrats to those that have their shipping and the best of luck to those still waiting.
tl;dr

No, I was charged around !:45pm MDT and I'm on JOD. I still haven't seen any shipping info though.
6S 128gb space gray

What was the charge, and what for? Just wondering as I was in and out of the store and paid nothing. As far as I know, the only thing I should see on my bill is my regular $28.89/mo. phone charge (then minus the $7 bill credit).

Ok so we have a situation...

While we had the spreadsheet working and going all nice and dandy, some troll, has decided to mess it all up. I'm tired of restoring the data. For me there is no more point on following that spreadsheet.

I suggest that we all put our current order status in the signature so we can all see whats going on, and at least no one will mess with that info.

We tried, but a few childish people ruined for the rest of us.

It's a replacement from the 6+ I just got from them around 3 weeks ago as part of the JOD iPhone promotion. I had no down payment for that device.
Interesting. Does the contract say JoD at the top? And do the amounts in the contract match what they charged you? A contract ultimately protects you both.

Someone made a Google Form which is much more sustainable. Many have moved over there.

Great tip! I always do this when looking up Fedex order, never on UPS. Just did it, and indeed there's a label created shipped via next day air.

Yes and Yes. I have spoken with 3 different reps who tell me that this was wrong and it will be a zero dollar upgrade. It also happened to another member here. They gave him bill credits to make it right.

Compared to other Carrier pre-order threads, this one is the biggest with the most replies and views. By this you wouldn't think T-Mobile was the 3rd largest carrier in the US. Then again, maybe T-Mobile's preordering process sucked so much it caused so many people to post.

question for you if you plan on returning your device and even though its no payment down do you still have to pay something back to return your iPhone because thats what they wanted me to do if i moved on to JOD?

the total came to $213.69 and it was for the 128gb down payment, but they gave me a $200 bill credit that showed up on my account while I was still on the phone with ERT.

I am a new customer to T-Mobile just joining with the iPhone JOD promotion that ended on Labor day. So I was promised that as part of that promotion that when the 6S+'s were available that I could upgrade and keep my $19 lease payment, pay no further memory upgrade charges (A like for like upgrade they called it) all leading up to a Zero dollar upgrade. That is what I expect as that is what was promised.

I am as I said new to T-Mobile (well I am actually returning after a long time away with Verizon) and it seems like they do not yet have the scale to handle these iPhone launches with the grace of the others. But what they are missing in technology, they seem to make up for in service. Looks like I am going to give them the chance to prove that.

This question is for those with Jump On Demand. I ordered 2-64GB 6s. I was looking at my lease agreement and it shows that I will be paying $34.52 per month per phone. I was told on the phone that it would be $32, which makes sense because you then get the $12 month credit making it $20 a month. Does anyones lease read this way? I know it's only a couple of bucks but still, it's the point.

The extra is for the taxes.

Received a text from tmo a few minutes ago that says my order "has been processed" and it includes my tracking #.

Got one of my two phones charged on my card a regular 6 RG but no tracking yet now waiting on 6+ sg to get charged

Got a "card not present transaction" alert from AMEX for $108.24 by a "T MOBILE TEL CUP". No text or email from TMo.

It's probably cause your mom's phone is a rose gold version, which are in high demand.

i was told that i could switch from jump to JOD and get the new iPhone for $24 roughly $26 with tax but they would credit me $7 a month since i pay $31 now also get my $0 down on a 128gb 6 plus but to return my iPhone 6 plus i would pay $77 and cancel my order thats why i backed out i didn't trust there guarantee and didn't wanna lose my place.

hey can anyone tell me how they got that "free memory upgrade?" the tmobile rep im on phone with is asking so that they can help me get it
