Why would someone call you out of the blue to tell you that you're going to get a product you placed an order for? That's not how this works, that's not how any of this works...

I called them like 7 times yesterday, and one of the agents yesterday said she sent information to some department to reach out to me about my order. But I think it's actually cuz I emailed the ceo. I just got an email from their Executive team asking me to call them
