Hey Gang! I have a new update.

In addition to my 64 GB 6s Silver being shipped yesterday, my credit card was just charged a few moments ago for my 128 GB 6s Plus in Space Gray. I am stoked beyond belief!

This is pretty huge, because it proves that the 6s Plus is in fact being shipped and it will arrive on launch day.

For reference, my phone order was finalized at 12:33 am PDT and yes, my order was incorrect and I had to have T-Mobile correct it two days after the fact. They assured me my place in line would still be intact, and apparently they kept their promise.

I hope ALL of you experience the same thing and we ALL have our new iPhones soon!

Don't want to burst your bubble, but does your shipping number actually show that a package was checked in at a location, or do you just have a shipping label that's been created, as most of the rest of us do? I have the same thing, but until the UPS site shows a package was checked in, it's just TMobile creating a shipping label to get ready. It doesn't appear to mean that anything is actually on it's way yet.
 
Pre ordered the iPhone 6s Plus RS 64GB on 9/12 around 4pm cst. Still no charges or email/updates. Explorer order status says expected by 9/24...

They don't charge you or create a shipping label unless they have or are expecting inventory. They don't just create a label for ***** and giggles - there's a reason why a lot of rose gold customers haven't been charged.
 
My sisters order shipped yesterday (iPhone 6 - 64GB) and was ordered at Noon EST on the day that preorders went live.

My order is still processing (iPhone 6 Plus - 128GB) and it was ordered around 10pm EST when preorders went live. (I originally ordered 12 hours earlier but my order was all messed up)

Hopefully I get a confirmation soon!
 
Same here, anyone else have any movement on their 64GB Rose Gold Plus?

Nothing yet here. When I called they assured me they have a phone for me 'ready' for the 23/24th for the charge/shipping----and was adamant to me that NO ONE has been charged. lolololol yeah rite. So sounds like they have it accounted in "theory" but they haven't processed it or something. OR they're lying and don't have it at all yet.

On my line it says my current Lease is active and my new line is Completed

On my sisters line both leases are Completed

Is that normal?
 
So just like everyone else out there i am excited to get the new iPhone 6s+ 64GB. I wake up at 3am EST (launch day) which is 12am PT to order my shinny new phone. I call in at 2:58am in hopes to reach someone at 3am and BAM it happened, 3am someone picks up named "Shey". She was awesome (or so i thought) we had our small talk while she was doing the ordering or so i thought she was ordering. After i'm on the phone for about 20 minutes she tells me that the system is down (of course) due to the high demand. I get that, she informs me that she will making sure my order goes in ASAP once the system comes up. So i go back to bed because i gotta be at work in the morning, Well i wake up and never received the email about the EIP plan to sign and such to complete me order. So i call CS Sunday to see whats going on and they assured me that the order was on file with my account and was to be processed ASAP. Well here i am today (Monday) and i call to confirm that my order went through like it should and lo and behold. NO ORDER WAS EVER SUBMITTED!!! You got to be kidding me!?!?! So here i sit on the phone with a "supervisor" attempting to order me a phone now and she already said i wont get it by the 25th like i had hoped (and planned). I had this same issue last year with my pre-order....Well after i hang up with that "supervisor" i get the EIP email about an hr later and see that she ordered me ROSE GOLD, i told her either Gold or Black but NOT ROSE GOLD. So i had to call back AGAIN!!! to get it fixed. So this next "supervisor" had to cancel that order and REORDER my phone again....well after being on the phone for over an hour she got my phone ordered and cannot tell me when it will be shipped....oh yeah this was on 09/15....i will NOT pre-order from T-Mobile EVER AGAIN!!!!

TDLR; Had to call CS 4 times to finally get my correct phone ordered and it took over 2hr total time and finally on the 15th...
 
just got charged! phew. no email or text with tracking number yet though but huge relief as i wasn't sure since i didn't do jod/jump

Thats why i have never made a order by phone. Something always goes wrong.

Sorry you had such an awful time, though that doesn't seem atypical (if that is of any help). See if they're willing to give you any credits or something.

Ordered around 12:10 am the 12th got an email expected to ship between October 2-16th, called and was told those are still estimate dates maybe they haven't received the batch yet.
 
so i received a text message with order number and I received a email with IMEI Number my card has not been charged and I have expected shipping date 9/24. gold 64gb 6+
 
Man I want this to be updated!

I had a txt msg charge and was charged via my AmEx. I'm kind of curious if I pay my T-Mobile installments with my Amex of that extends my warranty on the phone via AmEx guidelines....
