I was charged yesterday, got a tracking number and an estimated delivery of 9/21 last night... UPS is still showing delivery of tomorrow, when will I find out if they are going to hold it?

I also got my IMEI last night... everything is looking good!

I want my phone ASAP!

iPhone 6s space gray 64gb BTW...

Card got charged earlier for a regular upgrade 6s 64gb space grey. Just now got the shipment email with tracking info.

Edit: ordered 9/15 around 3:30 AM

If you don't have an origin scan on your shipment, it's still just a label. You are not getting it tomorrow.

Be very cautious! Asking for pickup might actually cause you to be forced to wait till the 25th if Apple sent out a memo making sure ups doesn't deliver them. I used to work for ups 10 years ago and everything is based on the belt system. If it's on the belt computer system and once it slips into the truck the only way you won't get it delivered would be because of the driver recognizing the package (that is if they are instructed to look for them); however, If you ask for a pickup and you go to pick it up and they trained the employees to block Apple shipments then the the employee who grabs the package might possibly flag it for a 9/25 delivery and block it.

It's upto you to decide ln whether you want a human to directly affect the package or let the automated belt delivery system to let it slip by and end up on the truck. Once it's on the the truck you will get the package 99% of the time (unless Apple has some big influence this time around to block it) since most delivery drivers only care about one thing, delivering all their packages to get home as fast as possible.

He was referring to a systemic hold. The "delivery exception". Seems like people should start seeing them by now. Sort of strange no one is seeing updates from the Monday estimate yet.

Hey Gang! I have a new update.

In addition to my 64 GB 6s Silver being shipped yesterday, my credit card was just charged a few moments ago for my 128 GB 6s Plus in Space Gray. I am stoked beyond belief!

This is pretty huge, because it proves that the 6s Plus is in fact being shipped and it will arrive on launch day.

For reference, my phone order was finalized at 12:33 am PDT and yes, my order was incorrect and I had to have T-Mobile correct it two days after the fact. They assured me my place in line would still be intact, and apparently they kept their promise.

I hope ALL of you experience the same thing and we ALL have our new iPhones soon!
