So, I originally went in on the 12th in the AM to a local T-Mobile store to pre-order the iPhone 6s Plus - Gold - 64GB. I only noticed around the 15th that the order was placed for a regular iPhone 6s - Gold - 64GB. I called up T-Mobile to stir up hell and they cancelled that pre-order and placed a correct one for me. Finally last night, I get a notification from my card that I was charged the $99 + tax, which is great, but no other news, no tracking number, nothing :(
Wow what a coincidence. I just got a tracking number from T-Mobile. Looking forward to it being delivered by the end of the week :)

Just curious why everyone's Monthly JOD is so high here's mine, I did put money down that would make the difference right , I had to put half half down

I am a brand new customer, paying $99 down on a 6S 64GB and will have to pay $34/month for 16 months

That's what I was thinking, but I believe a few people have already turned that option on. I guess we'll see as time goes on.

Just removed the 'JR' from my name, which T-mobile did not include, and I was able to change it to a UPS location. Everything, even small details like that, have to match to change it apparently.

SG+ 64GB
RG 64GB

Both ordered 9/13 around noon and no updates at all. Just order status page saying "Expected to ship by 9/24".

I'm surprised to see people who ordered recently already have shipping information? 6s perhaps? I ordered within 35 minutes of preorder (all because of hold time) and just got my u
wow this is scaring me i order 2 iphones my package says 2.2lb im wondering now if there only sending one or both

Have no fear. My 6s+ is listed as 1.3lbs on UPS.

from T-mobile Executive response through email when inquiring about a problem on my account:

"Please keep in mind that Apple has informed UPS to hold all iPhone delivers for future processing until they receive the go ahead from Apple to deliver the devices. Currently the iPhone 6s Rose Gold 64GB device is showing that it will ship 2-3 weeks from the date of order. This is due to the popularity of the device and inventory limitations."
so... shipping label created only means it will ship sometime within the next 6 months !??!

You might live relatively close to a Tmobile fulfillment center like I do. When I ordered my iPad Air 2, I selected overnight shipping and it got here overnight but it came through ups ground, so ever since then, every phone I order it's been through ups ground and still gets here overnight.

Not likely, it's showing as shipping from Louisville Kentucky and I live in Texas. I have friends who are ALL showing overnight air saver for the same phone from same location and they live 15 min from me. I likely won't get it until the Friday the week after, as I'll be gone Monday evening (UPS delivers to me at 7pm usually, so won't work)-Thursday. Monday would have worked as well as overnight usually gets a different truck so I'd see them around noon, but I didn't get overnight given to me.

So glad I woke up early and preordered so I can get it a week later without the option of a launch day delivery by the phone rep. I even got charged for the snail mail whereas my friends also didn't get charged for free overnight, which I was told I'd get as well. Thanks T-Mo!

Enjoy your phones on Friday, I'll be watching everyone enjoy in envy. Glad it was smoother this year for most of you. This is the last year I'm participating in the T-Mobile circus.

Can someone message me the email for executive response? Maybe they can at least refund me the shipping so Im not paying extra to get it delayed lol.

Just checked My-T-Mobile. Status changed from pending to shipped. Checked myUPS and have a tracking number for delivery tomorrow. I'm sure it will be held until Friday though. 128gb iPhone 6S+ ordered 13 Sep after mixup with my midnight order on the 12th. Order number: S00619.

One thing I am remembering about UPS delivery from last year for T-Mobile was that it was not my regular UPS guy and time coming to my house. I think they add extra drivers and routes to account for all the iPhone madness on launch day. I don't know if this year will match last year in terms of the number of phones ordered/delivered, but that stood out to me.

Yes, that's exactly what will happen. They may not even have out for delivery scan. Apparently it's a mad house on delivery day and these guys try to move things pretty quickly. Think about it... where a UPS driver can leave a package outside and go on his/her way... now they have to wait for signature for each delivery. It adds time to the route.

So basically everyone in China will get their phones but US customers will get whatever's left over? Cool.

UPS deliveries require a signature?

No. The devices bear different regulatory markings among other differences. It's not a matter of just 'diverting' units locally.

crazy......i was just refreshing order status on my account and it was jumping between Being processed and PartiallySAPBacorder......
Same here. When did you order? I order 9/15. 6s Plus RG. Upon checking on the other site it says expect to ship by early November. Smh

no necessarily. My 6+ was placed nicely on my front porch
The policy is signature required. Some drivers might just leave things and forge a signature but that is at their own peril (and yours if the phone is stolen).

Well, I'm looking in other threads. Sprint customers are getting RG 6S confirmations. No wonder their threads are so quiet - everything seems to be going smashingly well. TMobile is a huge disappointment.

Anybody receiving via Ground gotten charged yet? Hoping that maybe if that is the case (coming via Ground), should be here Monday at the latest with living in the Midwest (all seem to be coming from Louisville?)

Odd, I have had a number of phones left on the door step. Last was my daughters jump in June. Sitting on the front step
