Odd, I have had a number of phones left on the door step. Last was my daughters jump in June. Sitting on the front step

Yeah...is this policy just for iphones? almost everything I order comes through UPS including my past two iphones and plenty of items more expensive than that, and I never had to sign for anything. The last time I had to sign for a phone was when I was with AT&T, or ordering things directly from Apple (ipads and such). I'd usually leave a signature form for them to find, but that was fedex.
 
Does this mean they took the money out my account already???

Figured I would post my details. Got charged yesterday (RG 6S 64GB) and received subsequent tracking info. UPS says that it should get delivered via Next Day Air Saver EoD today, though I know that is not going to happen.

Sprint has no service and no customers.... so doesnt surprise me that its going smooth for them. lol

Friend of mine is on AT&T, his preorder got canceled. He spent 3 hours on the phone being transferred back and forth trying to get it resolved and in the end, they told him to go to a store to get it ordered. Luckily, it's a fully stocked 6s.

Looks like 5 more planes coming in tonight. I figured this morning, being the first business day after the weekend, would be a downpour of people getting their tracking information, but it seems like a slow trickle.

Anyone else still awaiting information?

I had to cancel and reorder yesterday, so my "order" is still "processing".
 
So just like everyone else out there i am excited to get the new iPhone 6s+ 64GB. I wake up at 3am EST (launch day) which is 12am PT to order my shinny new phone. I call in at 2:58am in hopes to reach someone at 3am and BAM it happened, 3am someone picks up named "Shey". She was awesome (or so i thought) we had our small talk while she was doing the ordering or so i thought she was ordering. After i'm on the phone for about 20 minutes she tells me that the system is down (of course) due to the high demand. I get that, she informs me that she will making sure my order goes in ASAP once the system comes up. So i go back to bed because i gotta be at work in the morning, Well i wake up and never received the email about the EIP plan to sign and such to complete me order. So i call CS Sunday to see whats going on and they assured me that the order was on file with my account and was to be processed ASAP. Well here i am today (Monday) and i call to confirm that my order went through like it should and lo and behold. NO ORDER WAS EVER SUBMITTED!!! You got to be kidding me!?!?! So here i sit on the phone with a "supervisor" attempting to order me a phone now and she already said i wont get it by the 25th like i had hoped (and planned). I had this same issue last year with my pre-order....Well after i hang up with that "supervisor" i get the EIP email about an hr later and see that she ordered me ROSE GOLD, i told her either Gold or Black but NOT ROSE GOLD. So i had to call back AGAIN!!! to get it fixed. So this next "supervisor" had to cancel that order and REORDER my phone again....well after being on the phone for over an hour she got my phone ordered and cannot tell me when it will be shipped....oh yeah this was on 09/15....i will NOT pre-order from T-Mobile EVER AGAIN!!!!

TDLR; Had to call CS 4 times to finally get my correct phone ordered and it took over 2hr total time and finally on the 15th...

Well a little update, As of 3:25 EST my order has shipped and i have a tracking number....i feel MUCH better now but lets hope when it updated that its shipping this week....
 
Still waiting on tracking number for the 6S 128GB gold. I got all sorts of confirmations already for the 6S 64GB gold that I ordered in the early minutes of Saturday the 12th. The 128GB went through a series of calls to fix an order mistake and ended up ordered on Sunday the 14th afternoon. Order status says that it is expected to ship by the 24th, let's see.

i wouldnt worry to much, my final (after 3 mistakes) order was put in on the 15th and i JUST got my tracking information and tmobile site says shipped...

from T-mobile Executive response through email when inquiring about a problem on my account:

"Please keep in mind that Apple has informed UPS to hold all iPhone delivers for future processing until they receive the go ahead from Apple to deliver the devices. Currently the iPhone 6s Rose Gold 64GB device is showing that it will ship 2-3 weeks from the date of order. This is due to the popularity of the device and inventory limitations."
so... shipping label created only means it will ship sometime within the next 6 months !??!

am I the only one worried by that?
she was answering knowing that I ordered at 12:06AM on 9/12 ... there can't be that many people ahead of me...

i think you are fine if you get the lease agreement with the imei #on it, cuz that means the phone has been produced and is ready to be shipped to you

Got my tracking # this morning around 8:30am. It all came together ill be getting mine on release day!

I found it in my revised lease agreement, they sent me the same day they charged me, I ordered 2 phones, one of them is RG 6s. I plugged the imei in a website called something "iPhone imei" and got the serial #

Ah okay, I haven't been charged yet (order went through via ERT member on 9/14), so that would explain the lack of a revised JoD :)
 
I just got charged just now for my 64gb plus Rose gold. Just got the text/email bank alert lol as I'm taking a midterm currently and letting u guys know so u can check! :)

ps its for the wrong amount too. was supposed to be 99.99 plus full tax and i only got a 106 charge so its 99.99 and tax on that currently.
 
Got my lease agreement update with my imei number and was able to find my serial number. It looks like my gold 6s plus was made week 38 (sep 14-20) so it's literally right from the factory! Considering I ordered on the 12th it's like a bto phone!

How did you find out when your phone was made? I got as far as getting my serial number but don't know how to use it to get the manufacture date. Thanks! :)
