UGH I signed up a few weeks ago for JOD! (new customer), 1 64GB 6 and 1 64GB 6+, traded in 2 smartphones AND paid $200 - so our phones are supposed to be $15 and $19. Then when I went to pre-order they VOLUNTARILY upgraded both to 128GB and said over and over "you will still pay $15 and $19 per month and no money down".

Don't make me jump through hoops T-Mobile - please.

You will only pay 15 or 19 per month (for the phone) with no money down. However you will most like also pay:

Phone - 15 to 19
Upgrade to 128gb - 199 over 18 months or $11 per month
Tax - A couple dollars per month.
Credit wont be on EIP - $12 month

So your charges will likely be (lets say 6s plus 128gb):

19+11+2+12 = $44 (you will get credited $12/month on your bill) so you will pay $32/month.

A customer service sales rep told me it would cost $15 to jump from IPhone 6 (bought before sept 8th) to the iPhone 6s plus....so after trying to tell her it wasn't right her telling me I was wrong...I got her operator ID...and they gave me a $72 credit toward iPhone 6s plus making it $15 and then I upgraded to the 64gb.

Check your spam and such. you should be getting a new EIP with the IMEI number. It can take 24 hours for your charge to be approved.
The charge on my card has been cleared (meaning the funds have been taken) and still no email. The EIP email literally came 10 minutes after they charged my card. Which happened like 5 minutes after placing the order. I ordered the 6S (16gb). I should also mention that my phone has also shipped.

Hello, I have been reading some confusing posts online about this topic. Does anyone have information that can clarify? I'm an AT&T customer. Will the T-Mobile 6S+ I ordered not work for me, if I put in my AT&T SIM card?

Thanks.
If you bought it from the Apple Store, yes. If directly from Tmobile, no.

I talked to TMO when I ordered my phone. My Monthly statement will show an EIP payment of 32 dollars, but will get 10 dollar credit for my monthly EIP to become 22.00 a month. I ordered the 64GB + SG

So, did yall get an email today from UPS talking about a guaranteed 2 hour delivery window for $8 bux? Sorry, if I am late to the party..lol

I wish I would have gotten the option to pay the $99+tax to go from 6 w/ 16 to 6s plus 64gb. They just said, great news! You owe us nothing today! And financed the 99 over the next 18 months increasing my payment by 5.50. so annoying.

I was told you couldn't do that and had to pay the money up front when buying the phone.

You should see something soon. I just got charged like 10 min ago and someone else just posted they got charged. Looks like they got the RG in processed today or something.
Yes!!! Just got charged! Still no email or no update on the cite. But I'm not to worried about it now :)

So I'm going from $19 a month to $32 a month because they messed up? That's some BS.

What would a 64gb s plus cost per month if I paid the deposit outright? I'm trying to do the math here. My tax is 9.25%.

This is what you will pay if you paid the deposit. As for the tax, im not sure if its added evenly to the payments and buyout or just evenly onto the payments. You monthly payment should be very close to this table. (FYI, the discount is not reflected in the contact)

Aren't these the prices for those who signed up after Labor Day? Where's the prices for the plans that start at $15?

Did you give them a credit card and are you sure your not getting the 16GB?

I got upgraded to the 128GB with $0 down and $24 a month. I did have to give a CC to be on file, and saw a $1.00 charge that dropped off after 2 days. Nothing since.
