Finally! they charged me. 64 GB rose gold 6s. Never been so happy to see over $300 taken from my account.

Finally got charged!

SG+ 64 GB
RG 64 GB

People who got charged a while ago, how long before you got the tracking information?

wondering this as well.
Highly unlikely you will for a few days. Apple won't let the phones ship yet.

I am not saying I'm an expert, but my brother in law works for UPS out of Louisville, Kentucky....the place were the majority of T-Mobile upgrades ship from.

I talked to him today over lunch. He said there is an area just stock full of iPhones waiting to ship. They aren't allowed to touch them until the specified time.

That's Apple mandated...and UPS wouldn't want to screw it up. They are going to make a killing off of apple related shipments.

Busy few days for them guys later this week. Best if luck to them.

Totally agree, MikesGravity. I upgraded to the 128GB iP6S+ from a 64GB iP6+ when I mentioned the doc number 108271 to the rep. He said, "Yep, that's correct, it's a free upgrade." I asked, "Are you sure? My payment will remain $19?" "Yes it will, you will get credits to bring it down to $19". When he read me the price on the EIP ($42), I mentioned that the credit was only $12 before, he assured me that I would get more credits to get it back down to $19 and that I was in luck for this weekend only. I took his name and ID down, and kept a record of all the details that were online, including the screen shot of the doc. So I paid $0 at the time.

I'm going to wait to get my phone in hand (so they can't cancel the order) and my current phone is gone and away in the resale system, and then I'll be placing a call to TMobile Executive Response team, and making sure this is corrected on my bill to get me down to $19/mo. It's not my fault the reps were trained properly on their own ordering process. If they tell me I can get a free upgrade when I order, I'm taking it at the time and they will have to honor it.
I am not sure, but one reference I've found in another website about that document seems to say that what is waived is any down payment if you are upgrading withing the same size, i.e. 64GB for another 64GB, but I couldn't find anything saying one can buy any size or upgraded to a larger size without paying. If you have got this deal, great, but I don't think it was T-Mobile's intention, and makes little sense from a business point of view.

I Preordered 2 iPhones 6s 64gb one in gold plus version and one in rose gold 64gb as well In The Store Last Saturday Recieved A Tracking Number And Got Charged Yesterday
Hi Alex by last Saturday do you mean 2 days ago or a week ago, I did an order for rose gold 64gb last Saturday (2days ago) but didn't receive any status or confirmation, when I called TMobile they said there is something wrong with their pre order system and it would be fixed soon.

There is an FAQ specifically devoted to these Apple shipments on the UPS site. Ain't no way they're releasing early. Lol

Because you'd complain when someone got your tracking number and was able to have your phone shipped to their house just by doing some simple beep bop booping on the UPS site.

Makes sense. I wonder if calling and having it verified would help. I just want it delivered to my job no biggie

Only the shipper can authorize an address change intercept AFAIK. There is an option to have delivered to another address through UPS but it's not the same thing.

If you show up to the apple store at opening you can get the phone you want. they do carry them on the selves but in very limited quantity.
I have office on Friday at 9AM to 4PM and my appointment with Apple is at 6:30pm for the iPhone 6s 64GB gold so am outta luck I guess!!

Ok yes that's all I want is to change the delivery to my job since I'll be there literally ALL day

Finally got charged. Ordered a 64gb RG 6S+ on launch day at around 3:30am EST. Waited on hold for about a half hour. Not a JOD customer. No tracking info yet.
