I got upgraded to the 128GB with $0 down and $24 a month. I did have to give a CC to be on file, and saw a $1.00 charge that dropped off after 2 days. Nothing since.

When I called to pre-order, I said I want a 64GB iPhone 6s PLUS and 64GB S (which I ALREADY paid $100 each to upgrade to when I signed up for the $15 and $19 deal in store) and they said "you actually can upgrade to 128GB for no additional fee on both your lines".
