So I just called TMO and the *rep* said to expect delivery around end of Sept ... whaaa?

She said I was on the priority list [ Jump on Demand ; Pre-order date Sept 12th at 2:27 am Mountain Time ]
EiP Signed and submitted. Received EiP confirmation and agreement, and a couple of texts stating order is confirmed and will receive tracking info once it ships.

Device : 6S Plus 128GB Gold.
Order Status : Expected Ship date Sept 24th [ Overnight ] - Hasn't updated since 9/19

No Charge on Amex [ even though it'll be $0..so wondering if it'll show up at all ]
Nothing under 'UPS My Choice' calendar
No Status Update when I login to my TMobile and click on the Order Alert - Hasn't updated since 9/17

BackUp Plan : Have a reservation @ the Apple store [confirmed] for a 6S+ 64GB Rose Gold

Apple did mention that the stock of Rose gold was more limited than the rest and if i had to guess I'd say that the stock of the plus is even more less. If you really want that color you probably have a better chance at getting it from apple. Apple released the phones in multiple country's at the same time (this is the first time they did this) and they are also now selling phones on a monthly service (also first time doing this) so you have two new strains on the stock on top of a short supply because of how many county's are also getting the same release date.

If you get it at the apple store your giving up jump on demand and loosing out on the $126's in credit over the life of the payaments, so if you dont care about paying more get it from apple, otherwise i'd wait it out or call t-mobile and see if another color can be shipped sooner (if you dont mind loosing out on the color). It's all upto you on what you decide, but stock is extra limited this year.

I got upgraded to the 128GB with $0 down and $24 a month. I did have to give a CC to be on file, and saw a $1.00 charge that dropped off after 2 days. Nothing since.

They were doing a 0 down promotion that moved your deposit to the payments, that's probably what they enrolled you in. If you want lower payments just call them and they will happily apply the deposit to the payments. You can even more more if you want to lower the payments even more.

am I the only one worried by that?
she was answering knowing that I ordered at 12:06AM on 9/12 ... there can't be that many people ahead of me...

That sounds like a canned response as I've already been charged and provided a shipping label for the exact same device, ordered 12:30am PST 9/12. And if it's not the case, they better be giving me a service credit for taking money out of my account before a device ships.

Just got charged for my iPhone 6s Plus Rose Gold 64GB (ordered on 9/12 @ 4pm CST)!!!!!!! No email or text however.

Same here got charged 105.59 but no shipping message. A issue I do have though was a supervisor on Saturday told me the upgrade fee would be waived due to the confusion about that free memory promotion.

That's the deal I'm on.

Since you were on the first jump contact you shouldnt have a payment more than $15 a month + tax, if it is contact John legere and he will fix your problem. A Simple tweet will work, you can wait to see how your first bill looks then if its not corrected by then, just give him a tweet. By then he'll have more time to directly help since hes being bombarded with messages right now lol.

Any idea when ups will actually have them on hand?

Ill be on vacation starting the 24th and want it routed to my hotel but ups my choice terms say they won't re route it until it's actually reached ups as opposed to just having a shipping label printed.

They're also telling me that they have to ship it to my home address first and then it gets rerouted to the new address which just sounds dumb.

If they're just holding them until the 24th I don't see why they couldn't just ship it overnight to my hotel so I can still get it on the 25th.

Anyone have any experience with this sort of thing? I can't be the first to need it shipped elsewhere.

They didnt mess up, you upgraded. That costs $199.
How?? When I called to pre-order, I said I want a 64GB iPhone 6s PLUS and 64GB S (which I ALREADY paid $100 each to upgrade to when I signed up for the $15 and $19 deal in store) and they said "you actually can upgrade to 128GB for no additional fee on both your lines". So was I supposed to say no?

Hmmm, I got charged $99.99. I thought this was not taxed?

If your question is - Why would I pay, again, to upgrade to 64GB when I paid when I originally got the iPhone 6 units?

I had the same question when I signed up for the $15/AJOD deal for three lines. I was told by three different T-Mobile reps, then when I upgraded again to the 6s models that I would have to pay the upgrade fee again. So, I forwent the upgrade and got the 16GB when I got the 6 knowing I would pay again when the 6s came out.

Basically it sounds like, sensible or not, you will pay every time you upgrade over the base and you will lose your last upgrade investment.

Does this mean they took the money out my account already???
Unfortunately it doesn't, that's just your copy of the agreement you signed you should receive a text and or email when they charge your card as it will be when your device changes from processing to shipping/shipped. According to what I was told and have experienced in the past with T-Mobile.

...sorry?

I dunno what to tell you bruh, this ship has sailed for me. If you already have JUMP, which I have since launch, it's difficult to switch to JoD unless you pay off your existing phone first, thanks for the info though!
I agree I have JUMP too the first one lol and I'm a happy camper it is too much of a hassle to change to JOD. No thanks
