So I just called TMO and the *rep* said to expect delivery around end of Sept ... whaaa? :oops:

She said I was on the priority list [ Jump on Demand ; Pre-order date Sept 12th at 2:27 am Mountain Time ]
EiP Signed and submitted. Received EiP confirmation and agreement, and a couple of texts stating order is confirmed and will receive tracking info once it ships.

Device : 6S Plus 128GB Gold.
Order Status : Expected Ship date Sept 24th [ Overnight ] - Hasn't updated since 9/19

No Charge on Amex [ even though it'll be $0..so wondering if it'll show up at all ]
Nothing under 'UPS My Choice' calendar
No Status Update when I login to my TMobile and click on the Order Alert - Hasn't updated since 9/17

BackUp Plan : Have a reservation @ the Apple store [confirmed] for a 6S+ 64GB Rose Gold
Might be and idiotic question but does Apple stores also handle the JUMP and JOD upgrades???!
 
Does anyone know why I can't change the shipping address on UPS website? I'm a Mychoice member but it keeps saying that it's not available

To be fair, it launches at the end of September lol. So... If you want the thing financed and don't want to pay up front, waiting seems like the best option. Or... Buy s phone at Apple and if your device from tmobile ships in time just return it. I have two devices reserved in case **** hits the fan lol.

Might be something not available for this particular shipment? In just guessing here. I know certain items can't have delivery addresses changed.
 
I have until 8pm but I'm not hopeful lol. I would think we would see threads blowing up with pics and video if people were already receiving their phones

I think more options will be available once UPS actually gets the package, right now its just the shipping label thats created I think..

It has said out for delivery since yesterday lol. Large reason why I don't expect it. I think it is likely sitting at ups distribution with a "hold until" date. The label was created 9/19. Another phone label was created today. Still waiting on a third phone, but it's pink, so I don't expect that until October based on reports here since my orders were messed up so they didn't get until about 26 hours into the pre order window.
 
all this has taught me that you absolutely do not have to stay up until 3am to preorder a dang phone if you want it at launch. I'm sleeping in next year.*

Yeah exactly. Ordered on the 19th and have the phone coming Friday.
 
Any idea when ups will actually have them on hand?

Ill be on vacation starting the 24th and want it routed to my hotel but ups my choice terms say they won't re route it until it's actually reached ups as opposed to just having a shipping label printed.

They're also telling me that they have to ship it to my home address first and then it gets rerouted to the new address which just sounds dumb.

If they're just holding them until the 24th I don't see why they couldn't just ship it overnight to my hotel so I can still get it on the 25th.

Anyone have any experience with this sort of thing? I can't be the first to need it shipped elsewhere.
You can't do what your asking about. It can't be rerouted to an arbitrary location unless the shipper diverts it and even then it wouldn't get applied until the package was physically moving.

Because you'd complain when someone got your tracking number and was able to have your phone shipped to their house just by doing some simple beep bop booping on the UPS site.
 
Has anyone ordered from Tmobile with jump on demand recently? If so, what delivery date did you recieve?
 
Well, I got a shipping notice, although I'll believe it when I see it, especially after they almost sent me a 6 Plus when I preordered. But hey, I won't complain if it happens. Anyone else get this far?

After setting the dollar threshold alert on their app, ironically got the charge notification from Chase shortly thereafter about 6:20 PM EST this evening!! No updates yet on My T-Mobile or the Explorer page, or tracking on UPS, but definitely a good sign! This is for a 64 GB iPhone 6s RG and a 64 GB iPhone 6s Plus SG. Tried to pre-order the 12th, ERT member fixed on the 14th, got the expected to ship by 9/24 email. So hang in there, seems activity is still occurring this evening!

How?? When I called to pre-order, I said I want a 64GB iPhone 6s PLUS and 64GB S (which I ALREADY paid $100 each to upgrade to when I signed up for the $15 and $19 deal in store) and they said "you actually can upgrade to 128GB for no additional fee on both your lines". So was I supposed to say no?

Totally agree, MikesGravity. I upgraded to the 128GB iP6S+ from a 64GB iP6+ when I mentioned the doc number 108271 to the rep. He said, "Yep, that's correct, it's a free upgrade." I asked, "Are you sure? My payment will remain $19?" "Yes it will, you will get credits to bring it down to $19". When he read me the price on the EIP ($42), I mentioned that the credit was only $12 before, he assured me that I would get more credits to get it back down to $19 and that I was in luck for this weekend only. I took his name and ID down, and kept a record of all the details that were online, including the screen shot of the doc. So I paid $0 at the time.

I'm going to wait to get my phone in hand (so they can't cancel the order) and my current phone is gone and away in the resale system, and then I'll be placing a call to TMobile Executive Response team, and making sure this is corrected on my bill to get me down to $19/mo. It's not my fault the reps were trained properly on their own ordering process. If they tell me I can get a free upgrade when I order, I'm taking it at the time and they will have to honor it.
